Came in to add a line and the rep who helped me was exceptional! He was very polite and friendly. I would recommend this AT&T over any other one! Cody was very helpful & I will definitely be going to this location from now on.

Salesman told me to get the Apple Watch because it was free with my upgrade, and it’s not, I’ve been getting charge 40 bucks a month for it. Straight up lied to me

The customer service at this store is truly exceptional. They demonstrate a genuine commitment to helping customers save money and promptly resolving any issues that may arise. As a result, it has become my preferred location for purchasing AT&T products.

Cody is the best rep I’ve ever worked with came in to add a watch and he got my plan cheaper and got my son line cheaper he was so nice and friendly. He should be running a store! So anyone needing help definitely go see him!

When I visited the AT&T store at 1776 N 2000 W on Nov. 3rd I had easily the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The rep that "helped" us was extremely rude, treated me like I was bothering him and like I wasn't welcome in the store. When I had said I wanted to upgrade my service he asked what I wanted and then when I said I can't remember what it was called he treated me like I was stupid and just said the name of a plan without explaining what was included. After this terrible interaction he then proceeded to make snarky comments about my phone choice and actively tried to rush through the process. This was confirmed when he looked at the other rep in the store and said "I'm gonna rush through this and then leave". He made the entire experience frustrating and confusing so much so I then had to visit another store (the AT&T on Main Street in Layton) to have my questions answered, and be set up with a new line, device and watch. I will never return to the store on 2000 W and will actively let other customers know of the terrible experience I had at that location. If I could give less than one star I would.

Chris, Cody and the other gentleman, sorry don't remember his name, were very helpful and friendly and very personable. I was helped right away and I got exactly what i needed, I didn't feel pressured and I felt like I wasn't just another customer. I would work with these three again.
