If you need a lot of a certain basic bead (e.g. a wooden spacer) it’s cheaper to get them on Amazon of course, but this place is great if you are looking for specialty beads, buying small amounts, looking for inspiration, or just not sure what you want.Highly recommend this if you’re into crafts/beading!”
“People here are always super nice. Sometimes too nice. Sometimes they ask odd questions. One time a little girl, (probably high-school, seemed like a child to me though.) Asked me what I was going to do with paint brushes and tubes of paint. I managed to suppress the sarcastic and snarky answers and just said. "I'm going to paint. " She was trying to be nice but I was annoyed by her question. Probably a lack of patience on my part.”

“Went in the store and was greeted by Sara. It was so pleasant. I went in with the intent of using a coupon and found the item I needed. When I got up to the checkout, I saw in fine print that the coupon was only good for online purchases. I pointed it out to Sara who was at the checkout and she said you’re right, that’s for online purchases but let me help you and I’ll help you find a coupon that you can use with your app. Wow.!!!! talk about great customer service skills and making my visit so pleasant it was my fault. I had the wrong coupon but an employee that goes out of her way to help. It is so uncommon to find an employee that will above and beyond, way to go Sara, you are amazing and I will return to Joann’s in Clinton just to have that kind of great customer care. Thank you.”
