Guy intentionally tried to short change me. .36$ he gave me a quarter. So I kept my hand out he gave me a nickel and closed the drawer. I told him he owed me .04$ and made him dig it out. I won’t be back to this location.

Went in for hot chocolate, didn’t have any syrup was just hot water. Whatever, that’s fine it’s usually just one lady in there anyway. I got the pumpkin spice latte, I don’t know if it’s just syrup but it’s thick. Basically pudding. I choked when I took a swig. Absolutely vile.

The blonde chick that works at 3:00 p.m. on Thursdays is nice and super helpful! She deserves a raise! I always go there because she's so sweet.

This 7 Eleven sucks. They advertise prices in their store which they refuse to honor. Today is June 3, 2033 and they have a Donut Day sticker right in front of the cash register on the counter that says buy 1 get 1 free. Not only would the cashier not honor that price. She also refused to honor other prices.

Love the owners of this location (and they own the 7/11 in West Point). You can tell it's a "mom and pop" kind of store because it's not a "sterile environment" but that's part of what I love; supporting local business owners. The owners are friendly and work hard to take care of their customers.I did have an issue with one of their employees constantly hitting on me and never taking no for an answer, he only got more forward and insistent. It got to the point he started to follow me out of the store late at night. I let the owners know and he was immediately dismissed. They were incredibly gracious about the whole thing. I love talking with them, celebrating and sharing in their culture

Me and my husband went into the store today and was helped by I’m guessing a new employee. The new employee was very sweet and wonderful. The old lady with dark brown hair was horrible to us and to this poor new employee. She kept rolling her eyes. She did not even seem to want to ring us up. I’m sure very embarrassing for this poor young lady. That was the 2nd time we’ve been there with this older brown hair lady. The brown haired lady was on the phone and wasn’t even paying attention to what we asked for. I feel so bad for anyone that has to go to that store and deal with this evil brown haired lady. I’m assuming she’s worked there for at least a year maybe less. We will never shop there again. Unless you take care of that problem person. Nobody needs to feel intimidated by someone that’s training them or a customer that feels like they are interrupting the cashiers job. This 7 eleven needs to appreciate the poor little girl that was trying so hard to learn. It was so bad this poor little girl didn’t even dare to ask her questions. This lady needs to be fired. It was so bad I cried for this young lady for being treated so poorly. We were very uncomfortable when we went to the store. I watched how she treated everyone that was walking in as well. She was very rude and unprofessional to all that came in. I’m posting this on Facebook for all the Clinton, Roy, West Point stores in the Community. Stay away from Clinton especially!!

Customer service is good.reason for the 2 stars is that this location always look dirty theirs never a time when we go to this location and it just always looks messy we only go here whsn were passing by cause its the closest but our regular 7 11 we go to is always the one in west point or syracuse?♀️

Went in to buy some milk for my kids breakfast early this morning. Forgot my wallet and had $4 with me. The milk was $2.29 for a Half Gallon .. I went to pay and it came to $2.51. I handed her $3 and she asked if I had any change and I replied no I don't. She said ok have a good day.. I asked what about my change ? She said we don't have any change so unless you have exact change or pay with a card, then you will have to pay the $3. I was in shock ! It's not posted to have exact change, pay with card etc. So I guess this is the new scam they are running. It's not the change or the amount, it's the fact of the matter. Overpaying already and now I have to pay even more. Nothing short of organized crime. I never really go into this store because it's trashy and the people are not very nice. And after this I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Great experience to start the day off with. Screw 7-11 and it's owner.
