My package shows it is being held at this location. Went to this location and was told is with the mail man delivering the mail. I waited and waited nothing. So I am not sure who is lying or if there is no good organization in there. Sigh.

Dropped off 10 packages only 8 were scanned and sent to SLC - the other 2 were "missed." When we asked the clerk when they would be scanned, if I could call the SLC office to verify receipt, or fill out paperwork he became angry and said there was nothing he could do. SLC distribution center could not help since they all worked the floor.
If this is how the postal office works, I suggest that you add a scanner for customers to do their own scanning for dropoffs. It would be better than what is there now. This location has been up and down throughout the years, now is a down time.

The guy at the register today needs to learn people skills and let them finish their question before snapping at us. He wasn’t very friendly at all and I understand it’s the end of the day but learn to be nice to people just trying to do their business.

The employee working at the register who used to work at Clearfield Main St. location recently started working at this location and is very unkind to every customer when it’s not warranted. I think he has mental health disability so I always give him the benefit of the doubt when he snaps at me but I’ve watched him upset a lot of people over the years who don’t give him the benefit of the doubt. His tone is very abrasive and he snaps at people before they can finish their question. No patience, understanding, or people skills. People are either scared of him or offended by him because of his unkindness. I’m not sure he’s suited for customer service, might do better working another position.

I know the post office gets a bad reputation, but I believe that this particular post office does a pretty good job being thorough.. there were a couple of hiccups along the way with getting a package delivered, but overall it was a decent experience.One thing I’d recommend is to have the stamp prices advertised very loud and clear, as it was a little confusing until after I ordered them to know how much they cost.

Sandra cleared out the long line of people faster than any other post office I’ve been to and upon arriving to the counter she was extremely helpful and smiley!

absolutely terrible service. always late on deliveries but yet they post it was delivered on time. they loose important mail that I should have received two months ago and still have not received it. calling them is a joke. 1-2 hour wait time. some one needs to take the job seriously.
