I went in Friday June 28th and let them know in advance that there will be a package that had an incomplete address on it arriving on Saturday, June 29th.
They told me that they would make a note and keep it until Friday July 5th for me to pickup.
I arrived on Monday July 1st to get it and they said they already returned to the sender.
I have been waiting for this package for over a week. It is valued over $200 and was very difficult to purchase.
You are responsible for any added fees for lying to me in shipping costs again.
If you tell customers something, make sure to follow through. Don't lie to us please.

What on earth is wrong with my mailman??! Pissed off is an understatement. My door step is a maximum of 20 steps away from the mailbox.

In and out with super helpful staff getting us set up with mailbox keys to our new home. They had at least 5 customers ahead of me shipping packages and it was impressive how quickly they took cafe of everyone.

Not sure why there's office hours if they aren't even followed. My package is showing as delivered in Virginia instead of utah and I'm not sure why since the addresses on everything were correct. I tried calling 4 different times today and it just rings. I tried yesterday and same thing. This place is full of useless employees.

Went to pick up my mail after a holiday hold I got told I had no mail, two days later I get a call asking what do I want them to do with my giant stack of mail that’s been sitting… I can’t tell if they hate their jobs or just lack intelligence

They don't answer the phone.
The lady that "supervises" is worthless and rude. Told me she was gonna make me wait a week or more to change my mailbox key. Her breath smelled like a toilet.

I dealt with the infamous Adam today, man just swiped my phone and took it to the back when i showed him the tracking number for my missing package, returned 10min later to inform me "it says it was delivered to the right location" (i know it says that thats why i came in, it wasnt) told me his manager would call me "eventually". Delightful experience, truly helpful young man.
