BUYER BEWARE!!!
Got a call weeks after we had returned the saw that they were charging us an extra hundred.
I have rented a tile saw multiple times in my life, probably over 20.
Rented this one, used it to make my 20 or so cuts, return it, no issues. They checked it in, good to go.
They call me a couple weeks later saying that I brought the saw back broke, it was for sure me because no one else had checked it out, and they were charging the card.
No pictures, no proof, nothing.
At one point he said we have you on camera to try and prove his point. When I pressed him on that he said well maybe not.
He has no idea who has used that since I dropped it off. It was just fine when I brought it back and they agreed it was.
Shady business here, you are better off finding a different rental place.

I’ve rented from universal rental more than half a dozen times this year and Dustin and Josh have always been very helpful and knowledgeable.

Be careful what you rent. I rented a machine that would not work for my application, returned it an hour later and got banged for 2/3 of the full days rent.

Manager is very rude, he don't know how to be nice to people, and no I'm not gonna pay for something I don't know what I'm getting charged for, they don't let you take tools an less you have money in your card! And for some reason I'm an owner and very respectful to my customers!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE....I rented a sod cutter from them, 10 minutes after I started using it, the cutting blade broke off. I immediately loaded it back in my truck and took it back, I arrived back 25 minutes after I picked it up. They would not refund even a portion of my money nor did they apologize. The sod cutter was defective before I left their place of business and I was treated rudely..

Great local rental company!!! They are very responsive to any issues and have fair prices compared to big box stores or chain rental companies. I love how they are in my community for any items you need for projects.

The evening I left this review I was called by Josh and told I'm "pretty gutless" for leaving this review.I reccomend that anyone needing equipment uses Howe rents of ogden, Advantage rental and trading post, Or homedepot.Edit 2 concerning the owners reply:The owner says they contacted me by phone and text to let them know what I was doing.The text I received was:"Hi. Josh with URA. Contacting about a dehumidifier "The voice mail I recieved was to the effect of.Your equipment has been rented to somone else.The website does not show a 30 minute policy. The reservation phone call did not express a 30 minute policy.Again I talked to an associate about my delay and it was accepted.Ask a suggestion to better communicate your expectations with your customers consider taking payment upfront and holding for the time reserved.Review:Rented out my equipment to someone that was renting it longer. Just apologized for the "mistake".In fairness to the company I was trying to pick up the equipment around 3 and was not able to make it in time by three. I communicated to an associate I was running late. I was called after and told the equipment was rented out to somone else for a week.
