I recently stayed at this hotel after a 13 hr drive and was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness was impeccable, the customer service top-notch, and the location felt safe. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and although the rooms were simple, they were cozy and met all my needs. Overall, a fantastic experience. Right next door to Jimmy John’s for dinner and Starbucks in the morning ?

Nice hotel, but they never came by to clean my room. My room was at the end of the hall, but still should have been cleaned daily!

Great choice! Staff is very friendly and organized! Love the location, right next to the freeway and Hill Air Force Base. It's the nicest hotel around! They also have electric car chargers and some other amenities.

This hotel is located at a convenient location, just off the Interstate. I enjoyed the clean room and well stocked breakfast. The front desk was very welcoming, especially to our pets!

In early May, my family stayed at this hotel for 3 nights because we were attending our brother's funeral. We were very pleased with the accommodations that were available (gym, pool table, snack area to purchase, free coffee & tea & assorted breakfast choices, etc.). The employees at the service desk were very friendly, pleasant & witty.Rooms: Small area to hang clothes but it was manageable.Safety: Suggestion: place a mat down on the floor under the refillable water station by the gym to help with safety.Walkability: Hill AFB is in walking distance.Food & drinks: If needed or wanted, there's a Starbucks & Jimmy John's very nearby.

I accidentally booked my room for the wrong night, when I went to check in the lady at the front counter was SUPER helpful. ( i wish i caught her name but she was working the very very early hours on the 28th of April) She changed my reservation and even asked what floor I preferred to be on. The room was very clean and all the staff members were extremely nice. The breakfast was also super great with alot of options.

Joining the crowd with another 5 star review! I appreciate how friendly the staff is and really felt genuinely welcomed in after a long drive with my dog. I received a text after checking in to see how the room was and if I need anything, which I havent even gotten at the Ritz! The room was super clean and cozy. Bed was very comfortable. There was some traffic noise but putting the heat fan on low did the trick. They have eggs for breakfast, good coffee, and even nondairy milk (thank you!!). Thanks to the team and management for creating such a gem. I'll be a regular.

This was a great hotel! Staff was very friendly and accommodating even when we pulled in after midnight! Right next to the freeway with food options nearby. Rooms were very nice and breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend and I'll be searching for these hotels more often!Rooms: Nice bathroom with plenty of provided toiletries including good amounts of soaps in the shower. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows

Stayed here for government rates when traveling east bound. I'll tell you what, this place is one of the better hotels I been in, in a long time. The staff team was extremely helpful in getting my room at the brink of night. The breakfast was better than most places that I know of, and check out was speedy.

The check in gal was nice but nervous and didn't interact. The hotel is very clean and has amenities others don't. Pooltable, groceries, nice seating areas, pool, work out room, lvt flooring in room making it feel extra clean, roll down from darkening shades. The shampoo and conditioner is plentiful which is so nice and smells really good. Bedding was very comfortable but the bed was not. Still we enjoyed our stay and were glad we chose Tru!Food & drinks: Starbucks and Jimmy John's right by hotel. 5 min drive to lots of other choices.

After a long day of travel my 2 year old was having a melt down upon our arrival... the front desk attended quickly pulled out a stuffed animal and made my babies day !! The staff is helpful and very pleasant, our room is beautiful and clean. Im definitely impressed with our stay and would recommend!
