You have a forever family in your coworkers. The leads they misinterpret and write journal entries about you that tend to make you feel as if you’re less than a human being and more of an punching bag for them to make you out to be something you’re not. They spin the truth and how much the workers are actually doing. After being belittled yelled at for unreasonable demands and reasons by them the last two weeks. I was wrongfully terminated for something that was a complete twisted lie is more like it. Although the company is overall amazing working hands on being able to help one another out and make safety quality equipment is the greatest thing that I can say I enjoyed about the company! My job was all I had left in my life that was my safe haven as my personal life is a roller coaster. I’m the main person caring for my elderly mother who has a lot of health problems, I take care of all the fixes around the house literally the floor boards are caving in and I was working towards fixing it after I had enough money saved up for it. I’ve needed to get emergency dental work done and wasn’t able to since my husband landed himself in prison so I have been the main provider for our joint bills on top of everything else I am paying for. Now that I am no longer an employee it definitely saddens me to not see all the familiar faces everyday. I wish everyone the absolute best they were like my family I will never forget! Best company ever! This is not to be taken as a bad review but more of an insight of an (ex)employee who loved working at the company just not liking the way I was treated. Could’ve been handled better in my opinion.
