My children and I enrolled in the open class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. My kids are learning self defense, discipline, respect, and a bit of a foreign culture in a fun and active environment. Master Shiba’s vast knowledge of taekwondo, positive attitude and dedication to safety make learning the art of taekwondo a great experience that I have been able to share with mychildren. I definitely recommend Shiba Taekwondo as one of the best dojangs to learn taekwondo.

Sending my kids to shiba taekwondo has been the most amazing experience. Not only are they moving their bodies and staying active, they are learning a lot of life skills as well. With the outstanding instructors, it has helped my kids’ confidence soar, and really helped them learn personal responsibility. So much love for Shiba Taekwondo!

Our boys have enjoyed their 2+ years learning Taekwondo from Master Shiba and her staff. There is an atmosphere of hard, productive work while allowingfor growth at theindividual's pace. They do well in balancing all the work with making it fun and interesting. Would highly recommend Shiba Taekwondo.

Shiba Taekwondo is an amazing school. Master Shiba is knowledgeable and compassionate, but also holds her students to a high standard both inside and out of the school. A belt awarded at Shiba is a belt well-earned, there are no belts awarded "just because," but time and effort is invested into each student to encourage their development and give them space and opportunity to grow. My son's enrollment at Shiba has been life-changing for him in many ways and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We have four kids taking classes at Shiba Taekwondo right now. It has been an amazing experience working with caring instructors. I genuinely feel that my kids are loved there. I love the focus on building character along with the physical discipline required. My children are blossoming in their skills and confidence. I feel grateful to be part of the Shiba Taekwondo family!

This Place is awesome! The owner is absolutely amazing! Master Shiba is a wonderful teacher and very understanding if you miss a class or two! The building is always clean and ready to train in! If your looking for martial arts this place is a must!

I have been attending for several months and all I can say is...Outstanding school! Shiba Taekwondo is great for all student types, young and old. Whether you are just looking to improve your self-defense ability or partake in competition, you're in the right place. The instructors are very friendly, capable and excellent at communicating their knowledge to students. The more senior students are also very friendly and more than willing to assist newer students on their way to achieving their goals. If you are looking for a friendly, wholesome environment that will assist in personnel growth & development, this is the place.

Our son was in Taekwondo for a year previously before going to Shiba so we were already familiar with the structure and discipline. We moved from out of state and were looking for a new place he could attend and continue with his progression. Initially we were really excited to join but they made him start over from the very beginning which ultimately hindered his confidence and experience. He liked being around the kids but he was definitely frustrated about starting over. We ultimately left because we moved further south.

We love Shiba taekwondo! As a homeschool mom i really value the structure and discipline. My kids love learning and the feeling of accomplishment! I really appreciate that the kids are expected to really put in the effort to earn their belts, they’re not just awarded for attendance. I can’t say enough good about the instructors and facility as well! I would recommend Shiba Taekwondo to anyone looking to get into Marshall arts!

It has been great seeing my Son mature at Shiba Taekwondo. He has learned self-defense but much more he has learned how to respect everyone. The instructors at Shiba are amazing, it is so impressive to see how they learn you child's name and everything about them. I highly recommend Shiba TKD for you and your family.
