The type that makes you feel like you're borrowing your Cool uncles truck to move. Rodgers is that guy. Definitely a return visit if I find myself in need of a unit or moving truck. “Photos on older reviews are outdated- sign on the building reads as RealCold and you check in by entering the front door (by the employee parking) and going into their offices, not over the phone.
They're quick to get you unloaded once they break your seal (took about an hour for 32 pallets for me) and will hand your bills back to you once they're done. Would've been 5 stars but there's no signs saying where to check in.”
“I had rented a U-Haul in Texas to be a one way back to Utah. The representative in Texas made a mistake and changed it as an in town rental. We took the U-Haul to Clearfield to get some assistance on what to do as the truck needed to be returned to Texas. Nicki (I apologize I am not sure how they spell their name) helped us. Nicki was professional, kind, efficient and helped us resolve the issue even though it was not this locations error. I appreciate the help so much after being on the phone with multiple representatives getting the run around. Nicki did not pass the buck to another representative or told us to come back later but helped us resolve our questions and issues from start to finish. I appreciate the professionalism and understanding to help resolve. If I ever need to rent again it will be at this location. Thank you!!”
