Rude unprofessional staff all around. These folks didn’t fulfill their obligation, and did nothing to rectify the situation. Improper/inappropriate conduct and very unprofessional demeanor from delivery team and office staff. With so many delivery/moving options out there, choose another. Any other.

If I could leave negative stars I would. VERY unprofessional. Every office has a different policy. They sent one guy to deliver 20+ cabinets and due to that there is significant scratches on our floor and a broken cabinet. Called to report it and Crystal is impossible to deal with. Took 3 days to get a call back and she was absolutely no help. Luckily our cabinet will be replaced, but it will not be delivered by them again. Unfortunately they won't do anything for our floor so we get to redo that whole section thanks to their negligence. Save yourself the trouble, stress and time dealing with these people. Find someone else!

Terrible company to work with. They were responsible for shipping our kitchen cabinets. They failed to load one of thenbase cabinets that prevented us from getting countertops templated as scheduled. They just denied responsibility and willingness to help. including their customer rep Nicole hanging up on my wife.

Redman was TOTALLY wonderful!!! Lennon was our contact source from the beginning. Lennon is the BEST ever!!! Truly a professional, great, honest, cool guy. I was supposed to have a delivery on Friday. Nobody had gotten ahold of me to tell me a time frame, and every time I called it went to voicemail. I sent emails and left voicemails. NOTHING. I called one last time THAT FRIDAY MORNING and someone finally picked up. I told her I had a delivery scheduled for that day and needed to know when it would be here. She proceeded to tell me they only to my area on Monday’s. I wouldn’t have been told that if I didn’t keep calling.

I have to say initially I was very pleased! They have my household goods for almost a year. They delivered my household goods to my new home. There was some damaged items. Not sure this will be resolved. But my complaint is with the inability in contacting Redman concerning the third party, which they “hired” to connect my washer, dryer and refrigerator! I had an appointment scheduled with a 4 hour window and they were supposed to call 1 hour before. 15 min before the end of that window I had not heard from them and the only contact phone number I had kept going to voicemail. We left the area and then 40 min later we got a phone call that they were 11 min away. None of the staff seemed that concerned that they didn't uphold their time commitments.

Working here makes me bias I suppose but I can honestly say that my fellow employees are awesome to work with & my bosses are amazing! Makes it easier to come to work every morning when you "like" what you do, where you work, & who you work with. Working as an Assistant to the Operations Manager I can also say that this company takes great pride in their work & values their costumers as well as their employees greatly! After all... a company can not run with out either of the two. Would I recommend them? Absolutely!

This is the company that IKEA hired and we did not get a choice in deciding. They held our order at their facility for nearly 2 weeks, giving us multiple excuses when we checked delivery status about why. First their driver no showed, then the driver was sick, then they hired a new driver and would call us when they were an hour away. Upon reading google/YELP reviews this is apparently generic excuses they've used multiple times on other people. Finally today we see the truck

I had a delivery from another company sent to Redman. My order was ahead of schedule and when delivered the two guys that set it up did a great job. Thank you Tyler and Isara you did a great job! They both worked so hard and got the job completed. I am very pleased with the service.

Overall experience with Redman Van & Storage was A+. Stu arrived on time, full of energy and enthusiasm. He did a fantastic job packing and loading the truck. At the destination he was awesome unloading and remembered where everything he packed was. My last move took a year or two off my life. This move without and Redman gave me back my faith in movers. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you!
