These guys went way above and beyond for me. I could not have asked for a better experience with a car being serviced. At the end there was a questionable code thrown by my truck and they 100% stood behind their work and offered anything that may come from that be free of charge. Luckily the code turned off and they didnt have to, but standing behind your service in these days is rare so these guys get top stars from me. Thanks a million to all of them especially the guys up front who fielded every question with the utmost patience. Would recommend anyone go here to have a great experience.

I took my vehicle there because I had a leak in one of my tires. They patched the tire and sent me home. The very next day, I noticed that I still had a flat tire. I went to Fowers to get it checked . I was told that the leak was from a different tire and that the said tire couldn’t be fixed. Their recommendation was to get new tires (since according to them that damaged tire was too close to the side) which would have been very costly to replace all 4 since my car is 4 wheel drive. I was so glad that I got a second opinion from Les Schwab. Les Schwab patched my tire free of charge; Within 15 minutes I was out the door. I was told by Les Schwab that they found a nail in my tire. Apparently, Flowers didn’t even care to remove the nail from my tire because when I took it to Les Schwab the nail was still in it. Instead, they wanted me to pay an exorbitant sum of money to replace a tire that they could have fixed. Always get a second opinion or you might spend money there that you don’t need to spend. I’m still driving the car with the tire fixed by Les Schwab with no issues. Les Schwab saved me over $1200. Again, always get a second opinion if you want to keep your hard earn money in your pocket. These guys are out to make you buy things you don’t need.

I was quoted an OUTRAGEOUS PRICE to have an IID installed in a family members car. The Interlock Company gave me a set price of $250.00. They set an appt up and we dropped the car off the night before. FOWERS called me the next morning stating it would cost $668.00 !!!!! When I asked WHY? He told me " Well because we have to take the dashboard off and this off and that off and it could take all day.
I called INTERLOCK back and they were SHOCKED about the price, said they have never heard of such a ridiculous price and they will report this place to their Representatives as NOT A REPUTABLE PLACE, and they will no longer do business with them.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM FOWERS unless you want to give them TRIPLE the actual cost. I have never had a car place try and cheat me like this.
What a HORRIBLE place to even be in business. They are also being reported to the BBB!!!

This car place on the corner is the place to take your Automobile! They really did get right to the point and diagnosed my emissions problem in less than a day! No upsales, hidden fees, or messing with me! I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Not to mention the price was so reasonable, and they gave the parts price with labor ahead of the game! Thanks again! I will be back with my vehicle soon.

My friend and I went into Fowers point S and she was told she had a flat tire and that she would need all four tires changed since it’s all wheel drive. The very next day we went to Les swab who told us it was just a nail that was still stuck in there…so they left the nail and wanted us to have to pay outrageous price for four tires. Do not trust them!

My wife and I had our Ford Fusion towed over to Fowers for an overheating issue. When they got to our vehicle, they said that we blew a head gasket and needed a new engine; quoting $8,800 to $9,200. We declined the estimate.
We decided to take it to Ford and they discovered that the engine and head gasket were good. It only needed a new lower coolant hose. Ed Kenley Ford saved us. Fowers was looking to make a quick buck. DO NOT GO TO FOWERS!!!

I needed a hard brake line replaced on my work van. They came in at about half the price I was quoted elsewhere, they did a great job, and have my van back to me working better than ever.

We had some tragic luck today, with my car, we stopped in at Fowers Point S and asked Shawn for a huge favor , we were towing my car when the cable snapped, we were basically in the middle of main Street( dangerous) So we asked Shawn if there was any way he had a towing strap, He didn't even hesitate to help, he went to his personal vehicle, and gave us his strap. My faith in all humanity just went through the roof. Just wanted to say thank you, your a very good person. I appreciate the great people that no one ever talks about!
