Went in with an issue with my lawn, they identified issue quickly. They went out of their way to assist me. I don't want to be too specific cause I think others would try and take advantage of their kindness, but I was honestly surprised that that level of customer service still existed. I am now a customer for life.

I really like this farm store. No, I don't have a farm. Lol. But I get pet supplies like heated water dog bowls, chick's and supplies, straw bales for use in my garden. Cattle panels that are 16 ft make great trellises for my gardens.Very knowledgeable and helpful people working there too.

All the stuff you need for yard and garden at good prices! I needed Straw for replanting grass and got a normal farmers bale at DG's...other big box stores had tiny 'bales' at ridiculous prices.

Very knowledgeable staff, and great prices. I actually look forward to going shopping when it's time to go to Dallas Greens. Sometimes I even stop on just to talk with them. Great people.

We were out of food for our quail chicks and didn’t want to drive a few cities over to the Tractor Supply, so we called Dallas Green to see if they had 30% game bird crumble. They confirmed they had it in stock, so we headed down the road to the store. When we got there, we were a little confused because Google Maps took up to an art shop. Luckily there was a little sign above the shop that said Dallas Green was around the corner, so we pulled around and parked. It was difficult to see the entrance because of all the pallets piled around, but we found the door. When we walked in, the employees looked at us and then went about their business (me being an introvert, I didn’t mind this). We walked around looking for the feed, but couldn’t find it, so we asked an employee. They told us we need to pay for it at the register and then to drive around to pick it up, so we paid $20+ and then headed out to our car.We pulled in to the warehouse and the employee confirmed we wanted 30% game bird crumble. He then started yelling at another employee for not doing his job while he went and looked for the crumble. He came back to the car with a 50lb bag and my husband opened the trunk for him. He put the bag in the back and told us how to get out of the warehouse (you just pull forward and make a left).Once we got home and went to give the quail chicks their food, we realized they gave us pellets instead of crumble. The birds are too little to eat pellets, so for now I’ll need to blend it before giving it to them. It’s extra work I didn’t want to do, but I already opened the bag so I can’t swap it out for crumble.I feel like this place has good prices and I like the ease of driving through the warehouse. When we try this place again, we’ll double check that they grabbed the correct feed though.
