I had a really great experience here they are very sweet but they do have a turnover rate every time I go in there is somebody new working but the last few times that I have been in the same people have been working which is very nice so hopefully they keep these people because they were very courteous very professional and very sweet and they are who I decided to buy two new phones from because how sweet and professional and just helpful they really are

Ive been outside the store for 40 minutes now with a note that said "gone to the bank will be back in 20" ? phone rep said i needed to go instore but nobody is here??? 2 other people waiting as well with countless ones who are trying to enter then leaving.

I have been with cricket wireless for a couple months now and I wouldn’t change it for anything I love my job we take care of everyone and make sure they are OK I definitely would recommend it

I came in with no phone because I hadn't had one in a couple years. This lovely lady helped me fill out everything while making sure I understood as she explained ( previously I had mentioned my learning disability), all while making me feel comfortable and treating me like a normal person I would 10/10 recommend this cricket and she plays a giant roll in why. Her name is Adria make sure to ask for her when you go she will help you with v everything you need in a timely matter.

Terrific customer service. The young man that was helping us was high spirited. He was very informative and we spent maybe ten minutes in the store. The manager of this particular store is one of the nicest guys we know. Grateful to give them our business.
