“I had my front Jeep windshield replaced on Friday May 10th. I washed my Jeep right before I took it to them. They scratched my driver side mirror. You can clearly see where they stood on the running boards by the mirrors. I’m pretty sure it was someone’s belt buckle. I’ve been coming to them for years and was super happy with them. I haven’t contacted them but i highly doubt they would do anything about it. I’m sure it would be the standard it wasn’t us routine. I think they have expanded too fast and lost sight of quality control. I’d think twice before going to them. I’d happily change my review if they step up but no one really does that anymore.

I was really surprised today! The owner reached out to me and has offered to replace the damaged mirror. I offered to do the replacement if he would order and pay for the mirror. He has already ordered the mirror from the Jeep dealership. I stand corrected! This company did indeed step up to the plate and make it right. I have changed this review to 5 star and will continue to use them in the future. I will post updated pictures once the mirror is replaced.

“I was so impressed with Hotshots Auto Glass. I called several other windshield replacement places and Hotshots was the best price plus they came to my house for no extra charge. They were very professional. They explained the issues with my windshield in a respectful way so I understood what was wrong and they told me how they would fix it. Super nice guys.
