Brought my adult daughter here for a birthday surprise septum piercing (She has wanted one for years.) We didn't have an appointment but they were able to get us in less than an hour later. Cameron was very gentle piercing my daughter for her first body piercing!! He even did a second helix piercing for me! I appreciate that he had after care products available but also gave advice on how to care for the piercings without them. I will definitely be back for more piercings from Cameron!!!

I recommend going elsewhere. If you are looking for good costumer service but poor quality work this is your place. The piercer looked miserable working there and wanted me in and out.

Cameron and Joe are the best artists I've ever met, and they take pride in their work. If you aren't satisfied, which has never been the case for me. They fix it. They are amazing artists and people.

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to have her ears pierced about 6 months ago. They remain in great shape. We were given solid advice on how to keep the fresh piercings clean. The piercer measured each ear and offered suggestions on where might keep hoop earring symmetrical. The cleaning solution worked well and I was happy to buy a product that helped keep my daughter's ears infection free. I was given good options as a mom from the selection of titanium earrings. These earrings were great and comfortable for the first 3 months after. I witnessed the concern for cleanliness of the piercing tools and surrounding areas. Before I went in I read complaints about "rudeness". I felt like the piercer was a little blunt but not rude. He obviously knows his stuff. My daughter experienced very little pain. We are glad we went here instead of Claire's.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. My wife called at 2:54 p.m. inquiring about the possibility of a walk-in piercing. Cameron, the piercer, told her they didn't do walk-ins, but, if my wife was able to get in by 3:10, he would be able to fit her in his schedule. My wife explained the two piercings she wanted, was told that would be fine and to call if she wasn't going to be able to make the 3:10 appointment for rescheduling. She explained she was going to immediately get her socks and shoes on and leave. The call lasted a minute and a half, putting us at about 2:56.We left the house at 3 p.m. My wife put in the address, and Google Maps told us it would take roughly eight minutes to get there. We, unfortunately, hit a train on our way there. Nevertheless, we pulled into a parking spot and walked through the door at 3:12. We were greeted, explained why we were there, and Cameron stood up and asked "You were the 3:10 appointment?" My wife confirmed she was. Cameron looked down to check the time and said matter-of-factly, "It's 3:13."We apologized, explained that we had hit a train on our way there, but had gotten here as fast as we possibly could. Cameron told us, "Well, I don't have time to pierce you anymore." We were told we could wait around to see if his 4 o'clock didn't show (something he said he kind of expected, but wasn't sure), or we could be placed on his call list. My wife opted for the latter, and we left.I can understand the frustration with a client (or potential client) arriving late, but it was three minutes. You're telling me 180 seconds is make or break for being able to fit an impromptu piercing CAMERON told us he could handle? This wasn't an appointment made weeks or months in advance to which we arrived 10+ minutes late. This was a sudden appointment which, once again, wouldn't have even occurred without Cameron insisting he could fit in my wife's piercing. It felt to me like Cameron felt slighted at the (three minute!) lateness of our arrival and decided to try and teach us a lesson. The alternative is he wasn't enough of a professional to get a piercing (and subsequent cleanup) done in 27 minutes as opposed to 30 minutes. We decided to take our business elsewhere to someone who, marvel of marvels, figured out a way to knock out not only the two ear piercings my wife originally wanted in 8-10 minutes (not counting the time they took to just chat with us), they were able to fit in a third piercing as well. I didn't have a stopwatch running, but it didn't take more than five minutes for cleanup (certainly not the 20+ minutes Cameron seemed to expect). My recommendation? Find a piercer who actually wants your business.Service: Piercings

Messed up my industrial piercing so badly. Dude went halfway through the bottom hole, hesitated, then repierced right next to it. Now I have a huge lump on the back of my ear from the half formed hole and after two years, the piercing still wouldn't heal at all and kept getting infected super easily. Eventually just took it out. Kept trying to sell me his overpriced store's brand of piercing cleaner, too. Go somewhere else.

Got an upper helix piercing. First cartilage for me. Cameron was excellent about explaining everything thoroughly. It was quick and fairly painless...just a bit of a burn when it happened. Four days later I've not had *any* pain except when I bumped it in my sleep once.
