Abigail is the nicest person ever. She helped me so much even tho they were about to close. She explained Premium checking like a boss. Highly recommend her for a raise and promotion!!!

Usually pretty good customer service. Expect when the lobby is full and and there are 4 team members working. But one decides to leave or take a break instead of helping the members standing in the lobby, so than it just gets backed up even more. Other than that pretty good customer service usually.
