This is unbelievable, out of four sisters you think they'd get it right. I sent my best friends daughter and grandchildren a bouquet online through four sisters. This was a Saturday. On Tuesday I asked them if they had received their bouquet, and they said no. After several days of not answering the phone or returning my phone calls, the next weekend had come. Last Wednesday evening I finally talked to a lady as she was driving. She explained that she's had some really poor help and promised that the bouquet would be at their house the next morning and would even upgrade the order. This afternoon I asked my friend's daughter if she had received her bouquet and she said no. It's pretty sad that they have to go get their own flowers since I'm out of state. I would highly recommend finding another florist to use in the future because they certainly don't care about their customers. $115 down the drain.

It looks like the most recent reviews are true to the company’s values. My story is the same. Delivery never happened. No communication. Company is not answering their phone. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Flowers never arrived. They did promise to refund my money, but do not use this company if you really want the flowers to materialize. They don’t answer the phone, never called to apologize.

I ordered flowers for a relative, never received a confirmation that they were delivered, called and left a message, never heard from them. also read other reviews online stating that they had been scammed or flowers had not been delivered so I filed a claim dispute with my bank and ordered flowers from a different florist. Then, this company calls me back to let me know that they outsourced my order to a different florist since they couldn't be bothered to drive to the section of town I needed the flowers delivered to. When I told them how frustrating this situation was they said 'thanks for the feedback'. Then, of course 3 hours later I get an email notification telling me that my flowers were delivered yesterday. Completely unprofessional, no communication.

Placed an order for same day delivery on a Saturday and it never made it to the recipient. Very upset that no communication from company was made to me, about why this has happened. Needed this for my sister who is grieving. Sucks to spend hard earned money on this just to be let down.

New the minute I received these they weren’t gonna open. They were “hard” and had wrinkles. Changed out water immediately but it didn’t help. They should be in full bloom right now.

Scammed my grandmother of her money. She ordered flowers from them for my mother for her birthday. My mom was going through a difficult time because my dad was just recently deployed and both my grandmother and I decided we wanted to get her a nice floral set up. My grandmother ordered from them and they never arrived. They stole the money from my grandma.

This is the second time I've used this place and I have to say! A++! The first time I used her she literally beat my grandbaby home from the doctor and the gift was waiting on the porch! Such a sweet and personable place! Highly recommend!!! I miss my babies so much but being able to give them a hug from 1300 miles away is very comforting! Thank you again! <3

My lovely sister ordered me a plant for my birthday. It never showed up and when she called to question why she was told "we are out of those" so she requested a different one. Nobody bothered to let her know and I received my birthday surprise a day late and not at all what she ordered. Poor customer service, they had both of our numbers and nobody bothered to connect with us. Also, this was supposed to be an Azalea, not worth the high prices for bad service.
