Needed to open a savings account for our estate planning. Tried to make an appointment and was told "just come in and we won't be long, there are two managers available." Went in and was told both managers were at lunch and the wait would be approximately 1hr.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! The teller Esperanza was so rude and incompetent! I won’t be coming back!

I needed a notary today, I was rushing to get there but would have missed the notary deadline by 5 minutes (4:50, deadline of 4:45). The lady kindly tried to transfer me to another branch, they never picked up.
