Worst bank ever can't even walk in and get change your a bank that's what you do.

Just a terrible customer service experience. Unprofessional and lazy. Just awful.

Needed to open a savings account for our estate planning. Tried to make an appointment and was told "just come in and we won't be long, there are two managers available." Went in and was told both managers were at lunch and the wait would be approximately 1hr.
