I use division center at Walmart and loved the service that I received. The I doctor optician was very kind and very insightful pun intended, and I was able to find frames that I like and glasses that I need and discuss my cataracts

I have never been to a customer-based business and have been treated so rudely by multiple employees. One lady rolled her eyes and huffed at me when I asked for help. I was ignored by others when asking for help. Oh, I am disabled, by the way. My wife tried to get help in the electronics and was told they couldn't help because they were too busy doing chores for their manager.

I hate Clint. Worst manager I had to talk to. 0/10 bet he doesn’t know what edging means. He’s so rude to customers and calls them slurs.

DO NOT USE THEIR PICK UP SERVICE!!! It is an absolute joke. We have lived here for 6 months and every single time we use the pickup service we wait an absolutely ridiculous amount of time. But tonight was the last straw. I had scheduled a pickup for between 8:00 and 9:00 p.m. and kept getting messages that it was delayed. As soon as I got a message saying was ready I headed there. I checked in and selected that I parked and entered my parking info.. There were two other cars there that the delivery person brought groceries out to, so I know he saw my car parked there. I waited for 20 minutes and no one came out. So I went and knocked on the sliding glass door and someone who didn't speak English wouldn't open the door for me and typed on his phone a text to translate message saying that they were closed. So I went inside and talked to customer service and told was told that the pick up workers had already left and that there was nothing he could do to help me except give me a gift card for the inconvenience.

I placed an order for over 300.00 to be delivered at 11a-1p. I tipped 35%. I waited all day as my order kept getting delayed. Nobody could give me answers so I drove over at 9:45pm and went to pickup myself because I knew Mt order had been done in the morning. I was told numerous drivers refused my order! Marcus at pickup didn't hesitate to help out and switched my order to pickup and let me put it in carts and even walked us put to ensure everything was good. Excellent service. This is the kinda person who needs to be a manager! I had went and got home all within 30 minutes. Beware! It seems these drivers don't want heavy loads and nit pick their deliveries for the most tip with less effort

This is probably the worst managed/staffed WalMart in the country! We ordered delivery of over $430.00 in food because we couldn't pickup for the kids. The delivery time was 10a-12p. We ordered the day before. 11am rolls around and it's delayed...then delayed again..again. I contacted customer service because nobody would answer the phone. I was given 5 different excuses why it was delayed by 5 different reps. Eventually it said we'd get it between 7-9pm. The kids didn't have dinner because we were working late. The delivery NEVER came and they would not cancel. 3 days later we're still delayed and no ability to cancel. Corporate will be hearing about this and this store is lucky I don't go in and make a scene in front of customers.

Came to Walmart today to get a fishing license and no one would help me sat here for an hour and a half and they’re just it’s a terrible Walmart I would not recommend
