“I use this place because it's the only place within many miles that will take my UPS returns. It's busy because it's the only place. You're not lonely when you go into a place that's the only place....around. it's a good place to meet people. Maybe a neighbor where you can catch up on what they've been doing. Even though they live across the street, you hardly ever see them. We're all busy people, just like this busy place. So go and get your package returned or sent and see your neighbor you haven't seen in a while.”

“I am actually NOT a customer here. USPS is partnered (maybe that's the wrong term) with Delta because they move a lot of our mail for us. So I have no clue how your "cargo" is shipped or what it looks like on the plane. All I know is that it goes on, flies to its new destination, and lands. Personally speaking, I would never ship any animal via cargo. Ever.”

“Excellent Customer Service ~ One man show here. Thank you for all your time and hard work. I appreciated you! Those complaining about a one hour lunch, please enlighten all of us, why you think receiving an hour break is too long?! Remember this location only has 1 employee. So that means they hold their urine until their break. And they have the privilege of dealing with entitled people, like you. If you have a problem with “slow service” “lunch breaks” or “lines” please take your sanctimonious attitude and your precious business to the Bountiful Post Office. They have 3-4 employees to “serve” you. Stop complaining here! Not warranted or deserved.”

“Went to welcome my great uncle's remains home after almost 80 at Pearl Harbor. Every Southwest employee I interacted with was fantastic & respectful. The pilot for the flight was on the tarmac with us as well. Her shared with the passengers in flight the details of the "special cargo" & they all applauded. This was great that he shared this experience with us as well.Thank you for being so fantastic with everything.”

“Post offices are tough because when you have to wait and have a negative experience, it becomes a 1 star experience. But, when you have a positive experience it is refreshing!I have interacted with a few of the employees at the front service desk and they are so friendly and helpful. They are always apologetic when there is a long wait. This location has a package drop off and a letter drop off so you don't have to wait in line if you have prepaid mail. They also have a machine inside that can print those labels for you so you do not have to wait in line if you are in a hurry.The only negative perspective I have is of the lady who works the passport window. Although I haven't interacted with her directly, I have noticed her being sharp and rude to customers on multiple occasions.”

“Michael was incredible. He was so fast and professional! He helped guide me through the customs process and made sure to take the time to explain not only how to do everything correctly so I could ship my items, but also why all the steps were necessary. He moved with purpose 100% of the time and I am honestly impressed with the consistent high standard he put forth. From beginning to end I had an excellent experience and am not even that mad it was so expensive lol.Just ask or wait for Michael, that guy is 5 stars all day.”

“I've had to deal with this Post Office two times in the last 60 days...both times, from long distance.I have to tell you, in a time where we rarely hear anything good about the Post Office, the crew here are fabulous.The office staff is always friendly when I stop in up in to conduct business in person. But in a crunch is where they really shine!”

“If you have any problem, pls go straight to their location. Christopher was more than happy to help me. The people there are awesome. No business is perfect and unfortunately, I was one that had to deal with them. My package was delayed for 16days. They messed up the waybill and got sent to a different address. Their telephone costumer service is terrible. No matter what number you call, it goes straight to costumer service and there website updates are delayed. Through the phone, they told me to wait, just wait and there’s nothing they can do. So fed up with it that I decided to visit onsite and the package was just there. If it wasn’t for the kind staff members, their company would not be one of the best.”
