“I don't know who I was just on the phone with. But I don't appreciate her attitude towards such a simple question. Like, yall are never busy, and she sounded like she couldn't wait to get off the phone with me to go back to her own phone or something. Super rushed and then a whole other lady gets on the phone because I guess my question was to complicated for the first lady.... ? and then this girl has an attitude and hangs up the phone, doesn't say "bye" "have a good day" nothing!! Just tells me in a rude tone that I " must bring in my own sticker paper" and hangs up on me... I did truly like this place but the people yall have behind the counters have such poor attitude and just poor etiquette. Hire new people!! YALL WILL GO UNDER IF YOUR EMPLOYEES DONT CHANGE BEHAVIOR OR JUST CHANGE.”

“I use this place because it's the only place within many miles that will take my UPS returns. It's busy because it's the only place. You're not lonely when you go into a place that's the only place....around. it's a good place to meet people. Maybe a neighbor where you can catch up on what they've been doing. Even though they live across the street, you hardly ever see them. We're all busy people, just like this busy place. So go and get your package returned or sent and see your neighbor you haven't seen in a while.”

He helped guide me through the customs process and made sure to take the time to explain not only how to do everything correctly so I could ship my items, but also why all the steps were necessary. He moved with purpose 100% of the time and I am honestly impressed with the consistent high standard he put forth. From beginning to end I had an excellent experience and am not even that mad it was so expensive lol.Just ask or wait for Michael, that guy is 5 stars all day.”
