They did not get our order to us in pickup after we waited for almost an hour! It even said picked up in the app, assuming they gave it to the wrong person after double checking with me about my order. Do not use this pickup! worst experience ever.

Don't use their pickup service. I waited and they came out with the wrong order. The employee left and another came 15 minutes later and asked for my name again. I ended up waiting for nearly an hour total before I called and they told me it was lost.

Costumer service. They took most of the check stands out and went almost all self check out. I stood almost an hour in the only 2 check outs that were open. I tried to take it to a manager and they ran into the back room.
