Thanks for the help ☺️ getting the jeep to pass emissions. Have some advice from heavenly Father and ? Moroni after driving 500 miles and ?❤️ at the bountiful temple. Let the customer know don't bother even attempting to drive around without changing both air filters in your car under the hood and in the cab if you're doing anything with emissions nothing will reset period . Heavenly Father wants everyone to know in Utah let's change our air filters inside the cab and under the hood message from my trip to the bountiful temple. Pass it on and sell some air filters thanks ?❤️. breathe and stay nice and cool ?.

I had to purchase a car battery and the gentleman that waited on me was so kind and helpful. He offered to install it which would have taken me several hours but he was only 30 minutes and had all the tools that I probably wouldn’t have. Thank you to Luis!I appreciate all your help and kindness!

From the moment I came in the employee seemed bothered that he needed to help me. I told him I needed my battery checked and asked if they could install a new one if I needed it. He said “I doubt it unless it’s the kind of car one of us here drives” I told him it was a Volvo and he said no that was too specialized even though he hadn’t even looked at where it was located. I asked him for help popping the hood ( yes I’m a single woman and needed some help) he said he wouldn’t know and stood there and watched me struggle with finding the pop up lever. He checked the battery and told me it was just fine and I needed a new starter. I asked if he was sure and if he could ask another employee opinion and he said “I doubt he would know” so I left thinking I needed a new starter which was very expensive and it was a holiday weekend. So instead of waiting to go to the dealer I went over to Auto Zone for a 2nd opinion and they confirmed it WAS the battery and replaced it for me at no charge. Not only was the employee completely unhelpful it he gave me bad info which if I had not gotten a 3nd opinion I would have been unable to drive my car for 2 more days waiting unnecessarily to take it to the dealership.

The manager at this store, Jeremy, is really good. He helped me figure out what was wrong with my battery, ordered the needed battery terminal that happened to be out of stock, and then helped me install it. Problem was solved, all within a few hours. Really appreciate this level of customer service. Thank you!

I went into the store to get some transmission fluid and wasn’t greeted for 10 min I didn’t think anyone was there, I walked outside and found 3 employees vaping in the corner of the building! They then told me they didn’t have the correct version for my car!! Good place:)

Employees tend to be great and helpful, manager certainly isn't so much. This week I went in to see if they had a spark plug wire and he was the only one there. He told me they come in too many sizes and it would take him too long dig them all out. Okay.. what are they even there for then? And that was that - guess that leaves me shopping at Centerville Auto Zone, unfortunately.
