Doug may seem intimidating; he's not. The fact that he is unwilling to quote a price for a major repair over the phone before he even sees your car is a testament to how honest he is. I deliver auto parts there. The owner reminds me of the older hippies, he has a sweet heart for dogs and she’s always been kind to me. I love his branding and the name of his place!
