We purchased a new vehicle from Range Rover Lehi and had a great experience with Mandi from the sales staff. We opted for the infotainment package (TV’s on the rear seats) that adds TV’s for the rear passengers so our boys could plug in their iPads/iphones while we are traveling so they are not looking down at their devices. We were told they would be able to simply plug/play with apple devices. Everything went great and roughly 6 months later the vehicle arrived. We picked it up and discovered we needed to order some cables to make the rear infotainment work. They told us that Tosh could help us with connecting everything once we received the cables. We ordered several cables along with the apple converter attachment to plug in the iPhones. Unfortunately it did not work. Tosh was not able to help us make it work either and we were told we had to order Amazon Fire Sticks. Well so much for the easy plug/play we were told would work! That was frustrating considering the amount of money we spent for that option. Ordered Fire Sticks and it still doesn’t work.
We discovered the front passenger door was rubbing against the hood/fender when you open the door. I called the dealership and spoke with Torston the service manager and he said they would get that adjusted. When I dropped off for the appointment at 8 am, Torston was not there. The vehicle was spotless when I dropped it off and I asked the service lady not to run it through the wash and she said no problem. The following day I had not heard anything and it was after 5 that evening. I called the dealership and spoke to Torston for an update. He explained that they had to drive the vehicle and drop it off to a bodyshop and it is waiting from the trim piece he ordered. I was confused as to why this was never communicated to me as it’s been my experience in the past that once a vehicle goes to a bodyshop there is a ripple effect. Torston could tell I was frustrated, explained that they cannot adjust the door at the dealership and the trim piece comes unpainted. If I would have known that the trim piece did not come painted from the factory, I would have opted to simply touch up the edge of the trim piece because aftermarket paint usually never turns out like factory paint. Sure enough, when they painted the trim piece there is a big fish eye in the paint. Furthermore, if the trim piece was ordered first and then I was told to bring my vehicle in once it arrived and even given the option of taking the vehicle straight to the bodyshop then it would have been much better and easier. When we picked it up they had run it through the wash (I asked them not to) and there were water spots everywhere that took me hours to get them all off and cleaning the vehicle back the way it was when I dropped it off. The door doesn’t rub the hood/fender now and the quality of paint work isn’t what came from the factory although they said it would be.
I sent an email to our sales person Mandi letting her know about the frustrating experience. She confirmed that she forwarded my email to the GM so he was aware of our experience. There hasn’t been any follow up or communication from the GM who overseas everything as he either isn’t in touch with customer issues, thinks it is above him or doesn’t care about the customer experience. Otherwise he would have reached out.
In the end the TV’s still are not working as we were told they would and the painted has a nice looking fisheye in the finish along with many hours of my life gone dealing with all of this. Either way, that has been our experience and while we were hoping from much more from this store/brand, this has been our experience that went from great to poor. Would I purchase another Range Rover after this? Most likely not. Simple communication and management follow-up to ensure a great customer experience could have prevented all of this and even showing some effort of caring to course correct the poor experience and problem, but since they made the sale of the v

Dusty was great to work with, very experienced and informative. The dealership is beautiful and brand new. The sales desk and finance manager were very quick and got us out the door better than when we got in. The car is perfect and we are so happy.

Around the beginning of June I bought a vehicle from your dealership. My temporary tag expires tomorrow, and I'm getting the run around from your staff as to why my plates and registration haven't arrived. What am I supposed to do when my temp tag expires tomorrow? I had all my financing in place, drove 4 hours to get the vehicle, and dealt with your dealership in good faith. I was told there was an issue with the payoff amount with the previous lender that has prevented me receiving my plates and registration. I'd like to know who's going to compensate me when I get stopped for not having valid registration, and my vehicle gets towed.
*Update*
Lehi Land Rover has made the situation right, and I've received my plates. I appreciate their prompt response, and the efforts to resolve this issue.

Went to buy a used car they advertised online. From the first point of contact, Mandi was great. They didn't change the price after we got there, they treated us as if we were buying a more expensive car. They made the buying experience great. Thank you Mandi!!!!

I love the sales team!!!!! But I called to have my daughters land-rover tires looked since they were not really wearing correctly and I was worried about her driving on them The service dept said I would have to make an appointment 2 weeks out. I asked can I just come by and have you look at them. The guy said won’t do any good. Very disappointed for what we paid for on this car. Guess I will go to Les swab tire store Very upset

I had an awesome buying experience with Land Rover of Lehi. From the moment I walked in, Bradley, my salesman made the process smooth and enjoyable. He was incredibly professional and friendly, answering all my questions and covering all of my options with patience. Lexi, who handled the final paperwork, was equally impressive, and amazing to work with. Together, they provided the best car buying experience I've had. I highly recommend Land Rover of Lehi for their exceptional service!

Worst experience with a dealership I have ever had. I purchased a Discovery in April of 2023 from Land Rover Lehi. I have had nothing but issues with just the simplest of routine service matters addressed. It's near impossible to get into the service department unless you book out weeks to months in advance. This week on the way home from Vegas my A/C completely stopped working. It was blowing cold in the back, but nothing at all in the front. The temperature controls also got stuck on high. I called the service department and was told I could get it in at the end of the month! I did have a previous oil change appointment scheduled in advance because that is the only way to get the car in. I was told that maybe they could look at the A/C then. It's 90 + degrees outside, and I own a Land Rover, so I thought maybe they would try and get me in and provide a bit of high end service? I stopped by in person and was told I could have it seen elsewhere, that any place can diagnosis the issue. However, a lot of places refuse to touch Land Rovers! And again, I bought this brand new over a year ago from this dealership, the A/C is under warranty and silly me, shouldn't it still work! I do not want to take it somewhere else! I was then told that I can come back Tuesday (for my oil change appointment) and they can look at for me. Wow, well thank you! Shouldn't a car this new that is still under warranty not have these kinds of issues? To date in addition to the A/C issue, I have had the moon roof crack from the inside, the back license plate bar come loose and need replacing, and the secret compartment fixed, but still won't open the list just keeps growing. Well, I guess I will take this week to look for another car and dealership that actually cares about the owners of their cars!
