Interform has the best customer service I've ever experienced. There was a mistake in my order, the size shirt I order and the size I received were not consistent. I was trying to schedule a promotional photoshoot and needed the replacement as quickly as possible. Not only did they respond to my email immediately - but expediting the shipping was not a problem. There was no hassle, no "we are unable to ..." statements. Just solid, quick, friendly correspondence followed by ACTION. This is an amazing company, and I'm so glad my organization uses Interform for our company store!

I appreciate the wonderful service and personal attention I received from Nick at Interform. Even when my order ended up being less than originally planned, it didn't change his interaction with me at all. There is an endless amount of items to choose from and awesome employees to help along the way! The Sales Team and the Design Team are very responsive and detail-oriented. They have worked hard to make sure we are getting the exact look we want for our apparel. We often have a response to a question within a few hours of asking. The Warehouse Team also deserves a shout out - they are hard working and extremely polite and helpful.

Was late in ordering a major promo order this past holiday season; everyone else I contacted either couldn't help me or simply didn't want to. Interform went the extra mile to make it happen for us! After a long search for a reliable, quality, trustworthy swag vendor, our company found Interform and we've never looked back.
