This Home Depot is great! It is conveniently located near Target and seems to always have items in stock that are out of stock at the location closest to me. Luckily, it's only a 10 minute drive on I-15 to come here. The store is always well organized and the staff helpful. On my last trip, I needed some shelving and it up on top of the shelves. The employee who helped me gladly went and got a cherry picker to get the shelving down saying that he needed to restock. It made me feel like less of an inconvenience.

I've got mixed feelings on this review. I decided to try their delivery for a large order of lumber for my deck... over $2000. I placed the order on Saturday but the first delivery available was Wednesday. I figured that gave me time to prep the ground, dig holes and pour cement. When the delivery came, the driver pointed out 3 damaged pieces of trex. On Friday we poured cement and realized we we were missing 12 pieces of lumber. When I called I was told that they were out of stock, but would replace it with 2x8x16 instead of 2x6's, and scheduled irfor Monday. When nothing came Monday, I called and was told that the entire delivery had been bundled and delivered already. Update: Assistant manager Matt corrected the problem, delivered the missing lumber and voluntarily refunded the $100 delivery fee for the mistake.

Customer service is the worst! Went to the Centerville Home Depot looking for a pole sander attachment. I looked everywhere and couldn't find it. Found lots of hand-held sanders, but no pole attachment. Normally when I can't find something, I look on their website and it will tell you the isle and bay numbers. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it online. So I had to do the dreaded task of looking for help from a worker. I asked the guy sitting behind the paint counter and was on his phone. He told me to look where I had already been looking. I went back and looked hoping I had missed it. Still couldn't find it. Went back to the worker (still on his phone) and asked if he could take a second to show me. He skirted around the question and said I should go look around in the building supply area. Thanks for the help, buddy! I ended up finding it. They had stacked the shelves wrong and put an open box of the wrong product in front of the pole attachment sanders. When I walked past the guy he said "I told you they were back there!"

Gotta love Home Depot! You can follow and stand by an associate for 20 minutes and not get any help!

Very helpful Home Depot staff. The only asterisk would be the blonde cashier named chairstan expressing her political ideology and making remarks like "I'm gonna build a wall" in a very inconsiderate and crass demeanor. My boyfriend is Mexican and felt very uncomfortable when he heard those statements. She boasted around a Trump pen which solidified her unprofessionalism between her political beliefs and her work life.

Total fail in the customer service department. You lost a sale and future sales all for less than $1

So as you know I've never been a fan of Home Depot, but now I'm officially done & will never return. Not only do they have the worst customer service ever (worse than Walmart) but the can't even get in store pick up right. It took me 30 minutes to pick up something that would have taken me 5 minutes if I had just got it myself... and they got it wrong. Not only did they get it wrong, but they called online customer service to fix the problem & just handed me the phone instead of just dealing with it. Stupid. Just stupid.

They use a 3rd party contracted delivery service for all of their deliveries... once something leaves their store it's ‘no longer our problem'. So when you buy something, pay for it to be installed, and hope it works and that doesn't happen, it's not their problem. Terribly disappointed in their customer service and this isn't the first time. When I've told people about my experience, they seem to all have a similar story. Don't buy anything from here that needs to be delivered!!!

We had extra flooring that was ordered through no fault of our own. When we returned it there was some glitch or discrepancy and the amount owed us was incorrect. Enter manger Andrea. She was so patient and determined to figure out our issue. She eventually did and in the end everything was settled and cleared up. If you ever have any issues just as for Andrea. She will do all she can to resolve your concerns in a timely and efficient manner. She definitely deserves to be the manager. Thanks again Andrea!!

On a quest for DIY projects. This is my hang out store. Seems like it's better ran and staffed in area. Staff here are pretty friendly and more helpful than most HD stores. Would recommend when looking for ideas and help.

Lots of complaints but there was a hot blonde cashier with gorgeous green eyes, so it makes up for it. This place sucks though so don't go here unless you want to see a hot blonde cashier. And they hired a twelve-year-old looking a** with long hair that needs to be washed. No offense though. Bad service all around. The kids workshop thing is cute though.

My family enjoys the monthly Home Depot kids workshop. The first Saturday of every month my kids and I hammer, glue, and paint little crafts. The store is always clean and the staff are friendly. It's a good home improvement store but it's not the best for everything. I recommend you do your online research and due diligence before arriving and asking an associate to solve your problems. Prices and options are okay at this smaller Home Depot but consider other stores in the area for specific needs.

Terrible customer service. Twice now I've taken product up to the checkout that didn't have a barcode (no fault of mine). Both times I was asked to return to the isle where I got the product and take a picture of the barcode with my personal phone and return to the checkout so the associate could scan it in and check me out. Suggestions: 1. Ensure all your products have barcodes. 2. Utilize your associates to retrieve the necessary information if you can't accomplish item 1. I'll be taking my business elsewhere until you can figure out how to serve your customers rather than them having to serve themselves.

I ordered tile on-line and had it delivered to the store. Jessica at the Customer Service desk was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. She even carried it to my car for me. 100% satisfied with the ease of this process. Thanks!
