They are so responsive. I wish everyone gave such good customer service. Any issue is immediately taken care of. I hear neighbors complain about their internet provider and all I can say is that they should give Echo Broadband a try. I really appreciate how reliable they are. Greg

Been with them for 10 years now. Reliable and great customer service, at a really good price. No reason to look anywhere else for service.
