Just wanna give a shout out to these guys. I had never been there before and my buddy recommended them when I was looking for some beef fat. They went above and beyond to help me in my unique situation with tricky timing. They will have my business from now on anytime I need Any specialized meat item just based on how awesome they were to work with and how they went out of their way to help me. Thank you very much!

Thought I found pasture raised chicken but when I told my husband where I got it, he was surprised because he didn’t think Centerville Meats chicken was. He called them about 5 minutes after they told me to my face it was and they told him it wasn’t. Pretty frustrating to be treated like that, just be careful what they tell you about their meats I guess…

I've been driving past this place for about 18 months and I finally stopped in.I was impressed with their selection and the knowledge of the staff. I bought beef tenderloin filets (at a lower price than nearby grocery stores) and a spicy chicken bomb. Both were great.We'll be back to try a few things. Definitely thinking about another chicken bomb...we'll put it on the smoker next time.

I just want to begin this with I most definitely LOVE the quality of the meats and other things Centerville Meats sells. However, with that said I have always had great service. I myself have spent thousands here over the years from when they were Don's meats. On top of that I have brought many people up there to share the great staff and high quality products they sell. Today I went in there with no real plan on what I was going to purchase. One thing I have grown quite addicted to however is their Breakfast Sausage. It is very flavorful and delicious. So today when we were up there that was on the radar. They had a total of 14 packs of the sausage. We decided to purchase all of them as there are no signs saying we couldn't. The person helping us though he did allow us to buy them said in a rude tone "next time you should just buy a meant package" if we had a plan on buying that amount before choosing to drive from Cottonwood Heights to Centerville to buy this we would have just placed an order. After we paid and were walking out I looked back and the person walked away shaking their head. Look, if this is such am issue I would recommend using signs limiting the amount of items purchased. If this is how business is going to be going forward I will most definitely look for another source. As mentioned the quality of their meats is spot on but it takes more than just the meat to run a business. It's customer service.

Plenty of options. Does mostly retail meats but you can buy the whole pieces of meat as a roast to cut your own steaks, too.

My review is based on the quality of the meats. This has been my second bulk order but third time coming and I am always blown away with the quality meat. If you’re used to grocery store mediocre quality which I was for 26 years, this knocks it out of the park. Phenomenal flavors and totally worth the price! I purchased the 50lb bulk order and it lasted us 6 months. This time I ordered the 100lb bulk order and hoping to have a freezer full of meat for a long time! We made pot roast tonight for dinner and I’m not kidding it was the best pot roast I’ve ever had in my life! My husband agreed. Also their bacon is the best ?
