Used to be one of the best walmarts around now they just plain suck and are one of the worst, they let teenagers run around and destroy the store, they accuse people of stealing when there self checkouts run out of receipt paper and then don't apologize after they find out nothing was stolen and so many people that work there look like they have such hatred for their jobs and the customers, this is one store that should probably get shutdown and let people go to Lindon or American Fork instead, also avoid this store on a Friday or Saturday Night like the plague because it seems Like the entire high school hangs out there and its like a zoo where all the animals run free and the kids that run the walmart don't do anything about it

Really don't like self checkout. They have brought back some check out. Most of the associates are still unfriendly. But I guess that's what you get from a big box store. The only reason I shop there now is for clearance items, or if I'm looking for a specific item. The smaller Walmarts are better at providing better customer service.

I recently had a deeply frustrating experience at the Walmart in cedar hills Utah involving an employee named Peter. I approached him for assistance with a basic inquiry, expecting the kind of helpful service Walmart is known for. Instead, I was met with complete indifference and incompetence.
Peter not only refused to assist me but also claimed that there was no manager available for me to speak with. This response was both shocking and unacceptable. How can a major retailer operate without any supervisory staff on hand to address customer concerns? His lack of knowledge and unwillingness to provide any form of customer service was astonishing.
Throughout our interaction, Peter displayed a glaring lack of understanding of the store’s products and services. He couldn’t answer any of my questions and seemed more interested in avoiding work than helping a customer. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable in any business setting, especially in a company as large and customer-centric as Walmart.
It’s disheartening to see such poor service, and I hope Walmart takes immediate steps to address this issue. Employees like Peter reflect poorly on the company and erode customer trust. Walmart needs to ensure that all staff are not only knowledgeable about their roles but also committed to providing the helpful and courteous service customers expect.

This Walmart is a nice safe area/neighborhood. It's a more modern looking structure from a construction standpoint. It has numerous newer restaurants, smaller retail, & a high school nearby.
If you are visiting during the school year beware lunch hour as the traffic really slows down in the area & the store will have significant sized groups of teenagers in the store visiting Subway & wandering around.
Store is clean & well kept as of this writing in mid 2024. Store typically has decently helpful & capable staff. If you are needing to visit a Walmart this is one of the better.
