Awful customer service! They don’t understand enough to help you out with a simple refill. Bad customer service has happened multiple times to me at this pharmacy.

I called this morning to ask if the pharmacy staff could transfer a prescription from a different pharmacy. The pharmacist (Ashlee) that I spoke with on the phone was friendly and very helpful. I appreciate that despite a busy and demanding schedule, she took the time to be kind and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Waiting 36 hours for prescription. Decided to have them move it to another pharmacy because obviously they’re incompetent and the other pharmacy 12 hours later hasn’t gotten the order. Good job.

My experiences here have been wonderful! I am managing my 93-year-old Mom's meds and this Walmart pharmacy staff has been so helpful! We recently changed PCPs and that transition did not go well. However, the pharmacy staff were extremely helpful in keeping my Mom up-to-date, and in helping with that transition.They are on top of refills, quick to notify me when a refill is ready (or there is an issue), and very friendly and helpful at the counter. They do seem genuinely concerned.And Tiffani, the pharmacist, has been so, so helpful and attentive to helping me help my Mom. She caught a bad interaction between meds when my Mom caught COVID and one of her meds would have conflicted with Paxlovid.Highest, highest marks to these guys!

Tiffani at Cedar Hills, UT is a total Rockstar!!! She made sure all of us were up to date on all our shots. She was helping customers and several staff at the same time. She’s extra nice, helpful, expert and awesome!!!

I've had several subpar experiences at this pharmacy. I don't fault the individual pharmacy techs, as they are nice enough, but it's managed poorly. Things take way longer than they should, promises go unfulfilled, etc. My experience today was as follows-- my doctor sent two prescriptions to the pharmacy last night. Today I go to pick the prescriptions up, and only one was ready. They said they never got the other prescription, so I needed to call my doctor and have him send it. No problem. I call my doctor, and he confirms that he did send the missing prescription last night but volunteers to call the pharmacy again to confirm. Great. To give the pharmacy time to fill the prescription, I go do my grocery shopping and come back a half hour later. They still have no record of the prescription. So I call my doctor again and hand the phone to the pharmacy tech. Turns out they didn't answer the phone when he called to confirm, so he left a message which they still hadn't checked. Fine-- things happen, they're busy, I get it. Pharmacy tech gets the script directly over the phone from the doctor and writes it down, and tells me it will be ready in 25 minutes. Great, but at this point I don't have 25 minutes so I say I'll come back in an hour. No problem. An hour later I come back, and they have no memory of any of this happening. Still no prescription ready, nobody knows what's going on, etc. In summary, I spent 3 hours in and out of Walmart trying to get a simple prescription. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I had a critical script called in to this pharmacy. I then called to ask how long to expect before it was filled; they said 1 hour. I know this pharmacy is always late, so I gave it extra time. A few hours later we went to pick it up and they said they couldn’t fill the script because they didn’t have any. Why they would tell me “an hour” to fill if they don’t have it is beyond me. Why they couldn’t be bothered to call myself or the prescriber when they realized they couldn’t honor the script is also beyond me. So here I am without the med I was supposed to start right away for my blood counts, and it’s too late in the day for me to get the script called in elsewhere. There really should be some way to hold them accountable for not bothering to follow up.

As far as Walmarts go this one is pretty good. Service is fine and I have never had any problems coming here. It is a smaller sized Walmart as far as Walmarts go and the self checkout area is always super busy. They also don't have stocked candy and drink aisles, this is probably just due to the pandemic though.

I went to the main Walmart portion. Only the reason not one star is because this is the nicest Walmart I have been to. Staff was nowhere to be found at I could not buy what I want Ed from behind the last cked glass cabinet.

Super helpful pharmacy! They fill my prescription quickly and if the wait is more than a few minutes, they have lots of seating, plus an entire grocery store you can just go shop in. The staff is all super friendly and helpful. :)

Why are you closed at 8:15pm when hours say 9:00pm? Cedar Hill Walmart has a lot of issues like this.

Had a prescription, this location was out of stock. They found a store that did have it, called my Dr to get the order switched. It was so painless for me. I didn't have to do anything I love the Cedar Hills Wal Mart pharmacy team.

Whenever I’m on the phone with the pharmacist to request a refill, they always seem like they’re in a rush and get annoyed when you ask them any further questions. I always have to ask how much it will be because they won’t tell me.

I have always had a good experience with this pharmacy. Everyone is nice and helpful and the pharmacists are always willing to answer any questions and solve issues. Every staff member goes out of their way to accommodate you!
