I came in yesterday to inquire about signing up two of my vehicles. We are currently with tagg-n-go and have not been super impressed there. I spoke with the GM Katie (I think) she was great and very helpful. I ended coming back today and was helped by Nick who was also very nice and helpful. Was able to cancel my tag-n-go and added my two cars in under 10 min. I'm extremely impressed so far! I will update this review if anything changes.

Great service! Especially love the wheel track - easy on my wide truck tires. Best available tools for after wash detailing.
(maybe I've said too much...don't want it crowded when I go there...forget everything I just said!)

Great experience here! We’re never going to Quick Quack again! Associates were all super friendly and helpful. It was very family-friendly, with a gated playground, water blasters for kids to clean cars going through the car wash, and a soda fountain. I usually don’t clean my car since I don’t know what to do with the kids, but this made it so easy! I also loved the mat washing machine.

I am a member of Shiny Shell car wash. I finish going through the tunnel and started the interior cleaning process. I was approach by Bailey (a crew member at the Cedar Hills location) who ask if was satisfied with the wash and if he could help in any way with the cleaning of my truck. He was pleasant, polite, genuinely interested, well groomed and wasn’t intrusive. I have been a member of several car washes around this area and I’ve never seen this tyoe of customer service at a car wash before. Kudos to Bailey and Shiny Shell!

Honestly best cleaning car wash in Utah county and they have Mat cleaning machines and they have free drinks honestly sick def recommend

We love Shiny Shell. It's a good carwash. I think it's better than their competitors. All the kids love the soda station.

Snooty girl hadn’t closed the entrance yet but let me know it was exactly 8 so she wouldn’t let me wash. I was already inside!! This is not good service. That is literally all you offer. I pay way too much to get just a carwash or two.
Edit: no, that must have been a different car you saw. There were no cones out! She literally had to run out in front of us as she was heading toward the exit. Thanks for your response though, it really made me feel better.

These guys are the best. You get a great wash and a high quality staff. Everything is always clean and organized. You can tell they care about the customer. Recommended to anyone who wants a high quality wash and a great experience!
