“Got new tires on my car first thing in the morning. Unusual/uneven wear brought about a recommendation for alignment. I had read a recent Facebook thread in which Ricky's name was mentioned half a dozen times as "THE" mechanic to use. Driving away from the tire shop I called Ricky and explained the situation and asked if there was any way he could work me in since I had the day off. Ricky said, "Come over right now and I'll squeeze you in". I was so grateful I wouldn't have to take another day off work. Ricky was so genuine, honest, quoted a more-than-fair price and promised to get me out and back on the road, which he did. Best mechanical services and best customer service. I've already referred a friend to Ricky! 10/10 recommend!!”
“Sam and Sean were professional and immediately imbued confidence and trust in me with their communication and how they serviced my VW Tiguan. Finding an auto mechanic you can trust can be difficult and I’ve had my fair share of being nickel and dimed for mediocre service. This place is somewhere you can trust 100%. Kapp’s diagnosed what was wrong (which several other shops had failed to do) and gave me a phenomenal recommendation for two convenient places where I got what I needed the same day. “I had a bad experience with Rob of Jiffy Lube at 91 N State St, Orem, UT 84057. I will not recommend Jiffy Lube station to others because of Rob's very poor customer service. He had a very bad attitude, his tone of voice lacked kindness and he had no respect for me and was not professional.”

“These guys were fantastic! They are fast, affordable, and super nice. They listened to the issues I was having with my car and were straight forward with me about not needing to change my filter yet. It was so refreshing! When I have gone to oil change places in the past, they have talk down to me and tried to sell me things I didn’t need because they think that since I’m a woman I wouldn’t know anything about cars. These guys were the exact opposite! They were super respectful and got me exactly what I needed.I especially appreciated how they went out of their way to show me that the oil was filled and what the filters look like. From the way they were talking to each other and their manager, I could tell they have a positive team environment and they weren’t afraid to double check each other‘s work. It’s nice to know my money is going somewhere that supports a positive work environment.I think that might even be required to double check everything they do. I was super impressed! Zach and his team were great! I’ll definitely be coming back here for the rest of my oil changes.P.S. check out their website for coupons.”

“There was only one service tech there doing everything so they recommended that Ii go to another Grease Monkey that had a mechanic on site that could do all I needed done, but I didn't have a ride, in case I needed to leave my car there for awhile, so I left my car at the original location and had them do what they could. They were very courteous and helpful and got my car serviced as soon as they could. By the time my car was ready to go, there were a couple more techs to help out.
I'm giving a 4 star rating only because there was only one service person there. The service and the tech get 5 stars.”

“my son hit a curb and took out the sidewall of a tire that still has more than 50% tread. All the other tire places wanted to replace all four tires. crazy Dave said they had a used tire only cost me 50 bucks. I called and 15 minutes later they had the tire replaced and installed. Five stars all the way I’ll be back for my new tires.”

“Awesome how they have a self serve car wash! It lets us wash our car that has a bike rack on it, which can't go through a normal car wash. You can even save money if you're faster. They charge a cent per second you use the self serve car wash. Great!”

“My wife loves this place, she's able to stay in the car with the kids and they do a quick and good job. I decided to bring my car here because they have a jack strong enough to lift my car and rotate my tires when I get my oil change. To my surprise when I went in the first time they told me my oil still looked clean and that I probably didn't need an oil change yet??!? I really appreciated the honesty, they've got a new customer in me for life. They even did my air pressure even though I didn't get the oil change. Top notch service.”
