Everything takes sooo long here. From making a deposit to speaking with a personal banker. Seriously, 15 - 30 minutes depending on your need. Going to open account at Southern Utah bank because of this. Closing my account will probably take an hour lol

I was helped by Nor at Wells Fargo. She had horrible customer service and was very rude. She acted like it was inconvenient to have to assist me. I will request to work with someone else in the future.

Every time I going to the branch which is weekly the line is out the door and the line doesn’t move. I was just in there for 20 minutes with out the line moving and left. We had two branches in Cedar City and they closed the second. This is a joke hire more employees or open the old branch back up or I will move all my assets to Mountain America.

Waited 20 minutes and there was a huge line of people and there was one dude that was just walking around, standing there and was super creepy close behind the cashier people. He wouldn’t give them space and just stood there watching instead of helping!

This bank from top to bottom is unprofessional and poorly ran to say the least ! A 2.7 approval rating is undeserving to say the least . A 1 or under would be more of a representation of their services!

I would not use this bank. I booked an appointment for 1pm and it is almost 3pm. I have been sitting here for 3 hours. If you wanna waste your time while you could be hanging out with your family or doing something more productive than do NOT come to this bank. There service sucks.THIS MAN HAS BEEN SITTING HERE FOR MORE THAN 3 HOURS AND HAS TAKEN TO LONG.

I’m tired of Wells Fargo. Tired of spending so much time at WF. In the past 2 months I have had my deposits adjusted 4 times. I don’t know if the checks aren’t being scanned properly or if it’s teller error. Either way, they like to blame the checks not liking to be scanned ?. If that’s an issue, then there should be procedures set in place to avoid it rather than letting it happen repeatedly. They have removed the money from my account only to put it back after I contest the error and it takes 10 days! I don’t know what to do at this point. Plus the wait at this branch is soooo long.

I was so disappointed about the customer service from the store. First of all, I think it is insane that the bankers in the store won't help us or at least trying to understand our needs, and problems. They will right away suggest you to call the number of the customer service on your debit card. Earlier this week, I was talking about my problems with a banker from the store, she did not even tried to understand my explanation, and she refused to complete my request because of some of the policies of Wells Fargo. Thanks to God, I was able to figure out, and find solutions to my problems with the customer service over the phone, but I was upset that the banker in the store wouldn't make the effort to help me and therefore, I did not have a great experience with Well Fargo. I look forward to change my primary bank because it has been years since I am disappointed with the services of Wells Fargo.

You come in to Bank open a account and there’s a Braylie Tullis personal banker who has the worst customer service, she will sit at her desk and not address any customers that are sitting and waiting to be helped. She should not be helping public it gives Wells Fargo a bad image.

ATM is ok. Be sure to hit the button for "return card" as this locations ATM automatically keeps your card the whole transaction instead of spitting it back out after you input your pin.
