Rachel S. in the Pharmacy is very rude. Her customer service skills are a joke. The pharmacist on shift was able to help me. She did not know how to do her job and even though this is the case, she was not nice enough to try to figure out the issue. I know when I do not know something, I make sure to take the oportunity to learn and STILL be kind. I also STILL give great customer service. She does not know about good or even decent customer sevice skills. I am moving pharmacies because of multiple issues with her.

I have only been using Walgreens for about two months. I have had two medications that they keep telling me they can’t get. They seem to be everywhere else in the area. I don’t believe they want to give you something they You should not have. SeemedS to me I will go to another area

This store is seriously out of everything. They never have certain items in stock. I had 7 simple items on my list and they only had three in stock. This happens every time I go in there, I don’t know if it’s shipping issues or stocking issues.

This Walgreens Pharmacy truly goes above and beyond! The service is given is always kind, patient, and the staff goes above and beyond! I am quite impressed by them, and am grateful to use them as my primary pharmacy!

this is directly for the photo department, whatever kid you have running your photo prints is very rude and should be terminated immediately. He was disrespectful to a mother and a daughter standing infront of me, and then to me as well. Brown hair, glasses, and should definitely be fired. I've never had an issue at this wallgreens before today; nice and friendly staff besides this A1 doucher of a kid in the photo department.

This was a welcome sight on a snowy Friday night as we were driving on to Salt Lake City recently. My wife had somehow injured a finger. She either crushed it or banged it against something earlier and it was definitely bruised and hurting. We were on our way to a convention which would include a lot of moving, setting up a trade booth, and she cannot go very long without drawing some art, so we needed something and figured a Walgreens would have what she needed. As a surprise to both of us gone are the days of needing a metal splint with cloth tape to wrap around it. Now there are flexible finger splints that enclose your finger to protect it and help it to heal. They can even be frozen and then worn. It was exactly what she needed. Definitely helped her get through the week. Besides getting the pair of splints, we looked around the store and enjoyed their toy section, pet supplies, and holiday aisle. Great store which had exactly what we needed. Gave us a chance to stretch our legs, make a purchase or two, and hit the road again.

Excellent service! Justin, one of the pharmacy technicians, has always gone above and beyond for me. He has always given me exceptional service. All of the pharmacy staff have been excellent.

I needed to take a digital photo for documents. not paper. because I have to send it tomorrow to my new employer. this photo center was my last chance. unfortunately they refused me. you can't take them for granted.

unfriendly, slow, currently have been sitting on hold for 11 minutes in the pharmacy. ridiculous customer service. please don’t ever get your prescriptions through them.

I had back surgery today. My cramping was so bad my dr called in a prescription at 730 pm. My husband rush to pharmacy just to tell him they were closing in four minutes and would not fill it.
