I have a business and rely on the USPS for daily pick up. The carrier(s) assigned to my route are constantly changing, often don’t come more than 4 times a week. Packages are rarely scanned when picked up. It’s disgraceful the way this branch is managed. Always blaming one thing or another for basic services instead of taking accountability.

They keep putting my package keys in random neighbors mailboxes and I got wait days for someone to walk it over to me unless they send it back.

Deserves zero stars, they keep losing my packages, horrible customer service, i literally can’t order online with them losing them every time. Get me in there I’ll do a better job than all of them

When "Frank" was our Mail delivery person in Enoch, the mail was most always here between 11am-1pm. Frank has been replaced and now our mail is seldom here by 5pm. It's currently 6pm on Monday and it's still not delivered. Flag is up for pickup mail still. Even physically checked because often flag is not put down after pickup. Just don't understand the huge drop-off in service.

Feds need to defund the USPS. Cedar's office is by far the worst jurisdiction I've ever lived in. We constantly have packages say they've been "Delivered to door" when USPS will NEVER deliver packages to our door. They put them in a parcel locker a quarter mile down Iron Springs from our home or if they're too big, keep them at the post office. Carriers lie, the post office lies, the tracking lies. UPS and Fedex are the only ones that deliver to our door. This location needs a complete overhaul and a change of postmaster. Imagine a world where our federal tax dollars aren't supporting the worst carrier organization in the country.

Terrible service!!!! They hardly answer the phone!!! I’ve had a couple of packages shown delivered but not to my unit. I had to eat that cost… Why put an “Expected date” if you can’t get it there before 2 days later. For a company that was incorporated in the early 70’s you aren’t doing it right!!!! Packages lost at origin post office??? WTH can’t you guys put it in the bin 3 feet from you???? How do you lose it at the origin??? More and more people go paperless and this contributes to the reason why!!! Soon UPS and FedEx will push the Post out!! The incompetence level is through the roof!!! Packages being scanned as delivered when not, packages being delivered unscathed until a day or so later. How can you receive a package and it still shows “out for delivery” for a day or more then suddenly shows a delivered scan? Don’t you have to SCAN the package as proof of delivery??? Sounds to me they can scan something as being delivered when it is not in their possession!!! Looks like a loophole that can be manipulated. I think it’s about time to start to hold the USPS to a higher standard with harsh multiple untimely delivery penalties and lost packages. Held accountable for lost mail. Some places have a money back guarantee if it’s late. Restructuring is needed.

I have lived in my house for 6 months and have changed my address countless times. I tried doing it online first, didn't work. Then went in and did it twice. Still no mail. Did it online again, they needed verification so I had to go in AGAIN in person and change it. AND they charged me for it. They kept saying it was my responsibility? But I did everything I was supposed to do. I still rarely ever get my mail and I used to get mail everyday. Where is my mail going?
When I talked to them they said that my mail was being sent to NOT my previous house I lived in BUT the apartment before that! Why?! Who moves back into an apartment they moved out of 3 years ago??
Not only that, but I am constantly getting mail for three people I do not know and have sent back time and time again. I don't know what else to do! Get better.

Just moved and they refuse to deliver my mail. They keep it marked vacant even though i have called multiple times and changed my address on the website (which you have to pay for!) I have had 11 packages returned in the last week! If they would actually do their jobs and drive yo the address they would see it is not vacant!

Deserves zero stars. They want to raise prices on stamps and yet they can't get anything right. Had a package within the city get picked up on Thursday and now it is in Las Vegas. Furthermore, paid for a package to be delivered to Arizona and it never left the facility or it was "lost". Leaving me to come out of pocket again and ship another package to a customer (this time with UPS, couple more bucks but was delivered in a timely fashion).

The main problem P,O, is the harassment policy's are based on race gender & political views . if your white conservative male or female your are the problem , and every one els is the victum , a alot of conservative employees are not happy with their environment , and so they work fast to get out and go home . and that is were you get your mistakes .
