I just love the UPS store here in cedar City Utah! I have lived here 15 years and have been an Amazon shopper all along. I'm at the store at least a couple times a month to returning things that I have purchased from Amazon. They're always kind courteous and more than willing to help. This makes my life so convenient!

After dozens of trips to this location I feel I can provide honest and consistent feed back. I have been treated kindly and respectfully at each occasion. The staff works hard to keep the lines down and I have only experienced a short wait during peak hours a time or two. I wait to do my Amazon returns at this location because of ease, quickness and a friendly staff. They have earned 5 stars!

I had dishes sent to me through Ups. It’s as if they threw it like a basketball. It was clearly marked glass and to handle with care, and each item was bubble wrapped. 75% of my grandmother’s antique glass was smashed to oblivion. My package is now worthless to the point that it only belongs in the trash. It would’ve been better to have given it away . At least my grandmother’s glass would be in tact in someone else’s home .
