“Had a rear tire blow out as we were nearing Cedar City. Got a tow with a different company the night before to get to our Airbnb in Cedar City with quite a few delays and difficulties. Mark with Ladd's got out to us the following morning fairly quickly especially for such a busy day and got our van hooked up quickly and safely. We connected with him easily over music and he was very personable and professional. Can't recommend these guys enough.”
