Took my 2014 f-150 Fx4 there cause it was shaking badly.. they took it in right away and was able to get it back up and running.. very impressed and will be returning as a customer for future maintenance

I would give this place ten stars! I suspected a coolant leak and called to get my car looked at. They were able to get it in the next day. By the end of the day, they had diagnosed the problem. They dealt with my maxcare warranty and had it repaired quickly. Everyone that worked there were great to deal with. If I have the misfortune of needing car repairs in the future, I can only hope it happens in Cedar City so I can return to them. I will definitely be returning for regular service on my car and any tire needs in the future. I would recommend any friends and family take their vehicles here too.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while about Bridgestone. They are the absolute best!!! I've been in twice to get help with my tire pressure sensors, and they were professional, courteous, and fast each time. The price was reasonable compared to other places. The biggest thing is that Bridgestone actually fixed my issues.... and that was after going to Big-O's too many times only to be given bad sensors from them. Bridgestone is my new "go-to" place. In fact, I took my car back a 3rd time for a tune-up. They checked everything thoroughly, provided excellent notes of what they checked, and said my car is in great shape. They didn't try to oversell me on anything. They picked up my car from my work and dropped it off when they were finished. They also didn't charge me anything because they didn't do any tune-up work. However, they did top off my fluids for me....for free!!!! I feel like my car is in good hands. I'm planning to have them do my oil changes from now on, too. They've won me over!! And I'm a hard person to impress.

Owner of bridgestone gets 1 star for not responding to customers, what a shame. Are you a tire shop that can't put someone's spare tire back into their vehicle? And my van was given back to me disorderly as if you can barely do the minimum. I'm not sure why I didn't get a phone call letting me know that my tire was left behind and hanging out at your shop for a solid week at the very least. Instead, there's a small collection of peoples spare tires. So, I guess putting away your spare tire isn't a priority or perhaps the kind of friendly service that is offered. I don't feel like they care enough, just a slap it on kind of a place. You can't trust a place that can't even do the absolute bare minimum, such as putting my spare tire back into its proper place.Uodate: I called to ask if you guys do Gdi motor maintenance, and the desk guy had no idea what I was talking about, and didn't seem to care. So I moved on.

My Daughter was driving home from St George to Ogden and got a flat. She needed new tires. I called ahead to find help. They fit her in and took care of her. Thank you for the quick amazing service.

Made an appointment on my only day off. They said it would take 2-3 hours. Took it in when i said I would and they tell me it would be all day because people that walked in are now ahead of me. I made the appointment to make sure it would get done as quickly as possible as i use my car for work. The girl asked if I could do it another day. No.! I made appointment on a day off thar i get few of. It should be dine in time specified and walkins behind appointment.

I use them for most of my maintenance. I've never had an "ouch that was expensive" moment with them. Very happy with work and pricing. As a bonus they're open Saturday ?.
