It was such a stupid idea to move the packages to here. The only options to get here are to walk in the hot sun and carry sometimes very large packages back to your dorm or to drive and hope that you can even get a parking spot with such limited parking. The staff there are very kind, but the decision to move packages here is ridiculous. There is also a lack of notifying people when a package has been delivered, so you just have to hope that your package is there when you go there.

SUUs decision to move package pickup here was amazingly idiotic. Despite the fact that a ton of on and off campus housing has to use the po boxes, they have decided to move the package pickup to the post office with pathetic hours. The staff are good when they are there but it's not much use if you can't come during the specific hours on a weekday.Today they were not even there during their hours despite clearly displaying in person and online hours and not being open for half the week for the holiday. I'd strongly suggest getting a different po box or sending mail to a friend if possible.

Staff is always helpful and friendly, which is saying a lot for a post office.
