New Clients Beware. I'm new to CC and really thought I had researched to find a good hair salon. I've recently suffered dramatic hair loss and needed someone that would help me decide on the best hairstyle. As soon as I walked in I told the stylist that I would rather pay for a consultation than risk getting the wrong haircut, but she was very confident and almost immediately took me over to the wash bins. She recommended taking 1 1/2 inches off and I agreed. Minutes later I looked to the floor and saw at least 6" laying there. I told her that she had said 1 1/2" and she said "well that was just for the front". I also told her that when my hair was shorter it would get way curlier. When she was done, and I looked a lot like Little Orphan Annie, she said, "well, that curled a lot more than I thought it would". When I left I was crying so hard I had to pull over. I finally turned around and went back and asked her to straighten it. After about 1/2 hour she was able to get me in her chair again. I really hate writing bad reviews and I've waited several days before writing this one. But I don't want others to have the same kind of experience. If you go there, please only allow Kathy to cut maybe 1/2" at a time to see if your satisfied. Hope you have better luck than me.

Tricia is a magician with nails. I've seen her for years and get compliments wherever I go. She is always able to catch the vision of what I want my nails to be and bring them to life. She's the best!

Rachelle is the greatest! She is the only person I trust with my eyebrows, she's a master at threading. All of her work is incredibly detail oriented she's very kind and caring and makes sure that you're always satisfied.

I love this salon! I have been getting my nails done by Tricia for over a year, and she does such an amazing job of taking my inspo pictures and turning them into beautiful sets. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Salon retreat will always be my go to!

Ronnie is an absolute GEM! She took the time to make sure my nails were literally perfect. She is such a kind soul and made me feel so comfortable. All the girls there were so friendly and warm. Ronnie is AMAZING at doing nails. This is the first gel set of nails that doesn't catch on my cuticles, feels completely smooth. Plus her artwork is 10/10.
