I've banked with Mountain America since I was 19 they have always been really great. I've really appreciated them. I would have given 5 stars if it hadn't been for the recent situation I had with them. I went in and got my credit pulled for a loan. They reported it pulled on the 12th and the 14th even though it was only pulled 1x. Thus, it was reported the day it was pulled and 2 days later. I called and talked to them about it for 2.5 hours, going from one department to the next. On the phone, they admitted the mistake and told me they were going to send me some paperwork to get the falsely reported credit pull removed. Instead, I get a letter saying that they had looked into it and that "we feel that the reported credit pull on the 12th is correct." Well, guess what, I feel that the pull on the 12th is correct also, but NOT the reported pull on the 14th! I've now have got to file a dispute with Experian because Mountain America wouldn't fix their own mistake.

In my opinion;Mountain America Credit Union.There’s a safe and very good place for my money. Plus, they help me get the lowest interest rate loans as possible.People are always kind and very professional

I’ve been with mountain American for over 10 years they never put a hold on my checks recently they have been putting a hold on all my checks it’s lame I’m almost considering a different credit union.

The absolute most god awful after 5 p.m customer service ,I had a situation with my account and no one in the after hours knew what the hell I was talking about FYI there go to " oh there's maintenance being done were sorry click"
