I worked with Service King for cleaning and restoration services for my condo that flooded. They coordinated new carpet with Rob at Legacy and I could not be happier with the results. I was remote while they installed the new flooring and when I was able to see the work, I was impressed. Thank you Rob for your recommendations of flooring to use and for your installers doing such a great job. I like it when two companies work well together making it easier on your clients! I will use you for all my flooring needs in the future!

I don't think there is enough kind words to describe our experience with Legacy Flooring. Our home was unfortunately hit by a flood, which we had to move out our whole family and gut the inside. Legacy was referred to us by a family member. We had the pleasure of working with Jamie. He was at our house for an estimate that week. He was kind, honest and you could just tell he really cared and wanted to do whatever he could to help us the best way possible. He gave us multiple options to see which would suit us and our situation best for what we wanted as well as what we could afford. The price was absolutely unbeatable. We were on their schedule quickly and they worked with us on our money situation until the bank came through with the loan. They were always quick to message me back with every question I had. Keith and his installation team were absolutely amazing. Kind, respectful, they showed up on time and worked so diligently to get the job done. They were even able to fix previous issues to our foundation to level our floor for a better price than anyone else. They did such an amazing job and the flooring looks even more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. They did such a wonderful job and finished the whole house so quickly. This company has to be one of the best companies I've ever had the pleasure of working with. In one of our hardest times they were the one thing that made it so much better. I would recommend Legacy to everyone for any of their flooring needs. You won't find such an amazing company anywhere else. Thank you for everything Legacy.

Legacy was great to work with us to get the carpet done between renters. They were quick and did a great job with a fairly complex installation. It's been in for several months now and looks great. I would be happy to work with them again.

Unfortunately I have to give an overall score of 3. I read reviews and talked with others in the area and chose to go to Legacy Flooring. We were greeted by Jamie. He is fantastic. I shared we were going to do our own install (we are experienced) but due to time I felt it was more beneficial to have someone else do the work so we could work on other tasks in the home. Jamie helped greatly with selection, getting out to get measurements and get me estimates.We had laminate installed one week and carpet the next.I am a Realtor and my husband is an Electrician with previous experience as a contractor. I was in awe of the beauty. Was very happy with how the selections were looking. My husband began to see one error after another with the carpet install. These were significant. Installer came back out and had multiple excuses. We went into the store the next day. Now the reason for my review ultimately begins with this issue. We were told send us pictures and we will make it right. I did so. I’ve waited patiently without harassing. Not one word of response.The tuck and folds are horrible. There are gaps and it is uneven. The stairs still have gaps even after the installer came back out. Transitions from carpet to laminate are embarrassing. We shared this with Legacy. We corrected the problem ourselves because the way it was installed would create quick wear and need replacement. My brand new couch was damaged by the installer. We centered all of the furniture out of the way. There was no reason for the damage.If you opt to use their services then be present during install and watch. Do not accept, this is how it’s done statements. Based on how well I was treated in the store, I trusted them; that was my mistake. My husband was concerned that I was mistreated since it was my name on the ticket and they assumed a woman doesn’t know better.

We just had our living room and kitchen done and it look so beautiful. Everyone at the store is very kind and helpful. The awesome guys who did all the work were quick and efficient! I highly recommend Legacy and we’ll definitely be back in the future for certain!
