I enjoyed the service and the people while I was there. The problem I have is that I am very unhappy with the results of my permanent. I have very little curl on the top of my head and on the very front of the sides of my head. I have called and tried to talk to someone about this problem but they don’t answer and will not call me back.

Have been getting my hair done at French's for over five years now and my highlights are always done correctly never a yellow or orange tint they do wonderful job and shana is awesome.

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now. Kenzey Veater is the best! She’s super nice and always does a great job. Everyone else working here seems to be really friendly too.

I went in today for hair extensions on my thin baby fine hair, and I walked out feeling like a movie star. Shelby knows what she’s doing when it comes to hair, she made me go from hating my hair to loving my hair within three hours. The only complaint I have is that I didn’t do this sooner. if you’re thinking or wanting hair extensions, don’t spend another minute wondering if you should just, just call Shelby.

I use to go here all the time.. I guess I got to be too regular because they started skimping on service even though I was leaving them a nice tip each time. They they would not return my calls. Why do you even have an answering machine.

I am from out of state and referred here by a friend. Shelby did a color, cut and style which was great. All the hairdressers were friendly and professional. I highly recommend Shelby and the salon. Thanks Shelby!

Had tried to make an appointment for a perm. Was told someone would get back to me soon. About a week later, after I'd gotten a perm somewhere else, I received a text asking if I was still interested. I responded, 'Not anymore." IMO, terrible customer service.
