Worst customer service. Evil...... I am a long time customer of this location and have never had issues with them until recently... I cannot stress how heartless and rude and just foul The manager of this location is... I rented a vehicle which was supposed to be just for one day and to my surprise I was upgraded to an SUV for free thought nothing of it I was using the car to make a long drive for a quick trip there and back I paid $100 what's insurance at least at the insurance out of respect for their property I want to make sure they are covered as well... When I waited for the car to be ready I was a little irritated especially after waiting 40 minutes and the office has only one person was working the front desk but there were like five other workers there no one I guess could work the front desk but that one person and there is at least four or five customers waiting to be helped. skeptical when I was handed the key fobs which half of each fob was missing but gave them the benefit of the doubt cuz they never steer me wrong before. I picked up the car early afternoon didn't leave on my trip till early evening and I noticed that none of the steering wheel controls worked the radio wouldn't work and navigation wouldn't work and said it was missing a chip it's a charger port did not work for the USB and the whole dashboard navigation would randomly turn off. The location was closed but I called the 800 number and went online and tried to contact someone and they asked me to come bring it back but at this point I was already on my way and there was no place open to do business with so I figured I'd just hold on to it. Since I had to use my phone for navigation and I could not charge it My battery was very low and they told me I had a half tank so I only put in 10 bucks of gas.. The car told me I had almost a full tank but then suddenly I don't know where I had 25 50 mi whatever the bare minimum is before just says empty. Unfortunately I was in the desert in the middle of nowhere late night and lo and behold no signal for my cell phone. I decided to sleep in my car instead of risk jumping in the car with some weirdo and in the morning I would walk or try to run into someone to help me get gas. So because of this whole situation I had the car longer than a day but it wasn't my fault that the vehicle was not working properly so after sleeping in my car and walking quite a distance I finally it was approached by someone who I wasn't worried about getting in a vehicle with and he helped me get to a gas station which the nearest one I believe was 130 mi away. Now as soon as I got back into civilization I contacted the location The kid who is working at that time is very understanding left notes for the manager to call me and it was really empathetic about the whole situation and apologized for the situation I was put in because the vehicle was not working properly Three days after I return the rental I still have not heard anything so I called the manager he was very rude very just disgusting as a human being. He insisted that he drove the car and there was nothing wrong with it and I just didn't know what I was doing when I explained to him that it wasn't doing it the whole time it's just random times would you certain things he said I just didn't know how to work it basically insane waiting I was a f****** idiot was not shy about it either. When I explain to him the whole situation he pretty much treated me like I was crazy and was delusional and didn't know what I was talking about at all. When I told him I could have been assaulted kidnapped or raped he laughed actually. When I told him that I felt that I only should have to pay for the one day not be totally reimbursed he snarked and then decided after I got off the phone with him to charge me for the extra 2 hours I had the car for a whole another day after explaining to him that I couldn't afford to have the rental two extra days and it was going to make it so I was late on rent and caused me a

If your website says that you are open from 6:30-7:30pm, I expect to be able to pick up my reserved vehicle within that time. I waited 10 minutes past 6:30 and no one ever showed up- the airport itself looked empty. We had a reservation online and A CONFIRMATION NUMBER. Luckily I didn’t absolutely NEED a car tonight, but what would have happened if I did? Absolutely ridiculous that the number posted for customer service was to the main street office- which was closed. Thanks for nothing :/

Dee was awesome and cleaned a car for us last minute. A minivan came in last minute and she was able to rent it to us quickly.

How is it that we made a confirmation in July, to come up to this location with NOBODY here. We called multiple times in advance as our flight was delayed 15 minutes. Nobody picked up. We still got here before their closing time, and no one is here. We already paid for the rental.Now we have to pay for an UBER fee which cost $78... I find this very unprofessional. It doesn’t help that it’s freezing here and the airport is about to close up.

Ridiculous open at 10:30 a.m. close at 11:30 a.m. for 1 hour I didn't even have a chance to call a uber to get myself there so I can rent a car

We have rented from Enterprise in the past and had a bad experience a few years ago but thought it was a fluke. Plus this was a different location. We reserved a rental with them as they were the only car company that was listed to be open at the time that our flight arrived. Well, we got there and Enterprise was closed and had a sign saying to call the location on Main Street. We called and they were closed too. So we called the National Number and they said that someone should have been their but no. They didn't even try to help us and just was like, we don't know what you want us to do. Well, don't post hours that you are open if you aren't willing to work them or have location their if you don't want to work it.

Is it possible to do a (-) Star? After getting road side assistance, I was directed to this location for help. This location was notified I was coming for a replacement car. I got the 10 min after closing, and was met with a sign to call the 1-800 number. After going the round with them I was told to get a room and call them on Monday when they opened....... 3 DAYS LATER! After repeating on a recorded number that I was being stranded there, and where was the manager that knew I was coming on a tow truck?!!!!! Don't know what happened, haven't had a call, I'm sitting in my hotel room eating to talk to another rental company when they open in the morning.
