Tried to call a few times and no one answered the phone when it says they are open, no return call, ended up driving way out there to there office to see if I could get some baseboard, front door was locked and no one was around..not sure if they are out of business or what…the way it looks they closed there business.

Eagle Ridge Floors was easy to work with and did a great job refurbishing our floors. The floors are old (house is from the 1940s) and were covered in glue. The Eagle Ridge team worked efficiently and thoroughly at a reasonable price, and the floors look like new!

We had ER FTG install luxury vinyl plank in our Brian Head vacation condo and they also redid the fireplace surround. The office staff, estimator, and installers were all amazing, honest, and communicative (especially since we were coordinating most of it from out of state). We would 100% work with them again. Thank you FTG staff! We love how everything turned out!

Eagle Ridge is a gem in our Cedar City community. From the moment I walked into the door until I had my beautiful new floor of my dreams, I was given personalized attention and help. Ray was prompt with the measurements and with helping me to find the exact wood I was looking for. He was fair and understood how important this investment was to me. Lloyd, Roger and Denham and all the other members of the team are craftsmen. I was especially touched when different members of the team pointed out to me especially beautiful pieces of wood and where they were placed in the home. Lloyd selected the most beautiful pieces to go in the entryway so that they would be the first thing I and my guests would see upon entering the home. These kinds of craftsmen are rare, and. I'm so grateful for all their hard work and the very long hours they put in--sometimes working late into the night--to finish the job on schedule. They went the extra mile to keep my furniture and home safe. Thank you, Ray, for running such a fine business and hiring such stellar employees! Customers: buy your flooring at Eagle Ridge. You can't find a better store for quality and fairness.

Absolutely satisfied with the work they did from start to finish. Office staff was very pleasant and helpful, gave me ideas on carpet style and pad since I have a large dog and my home is somewhat in a rural setting.Installers showed up on time, were very professional and polite Amd did a great job. Absolutely happy with the work Amd it was much cheaper thank I had anticipated

Yes, just yes on all accounts. Ray's spot on estimates & the showroom office staff's helpful selection services were great. But the installation team of Lloyd and Roger are magnificent. Their problem solving skills, exceptional craftsmanship & reliability instilled confidence (and profound relief) during the challenging restoration and install process. Their competent dedication resulted in our joyful gratitude during and upon completion of the job. You all know that if you don't have Master Craftsmen doing the work...you won't have the peaceful contentment that we experienced with this team. Thank you all and especially Lloyd and Roger.

OMG my floors look awesome!!!! Love them and get nothing but compliments! This is the 2nd time I’ve used eagle ridge flooring and Ray is so helpful especially getting me a bid quickly with all the work being done in cedar city and parowan!!! Roger was my floor man he’s amazing… my house was built in 1898 so u know the floors were not level anywhere and my stairs were short and too deep so he was able to fix those so so nice now we feel safe!!! Everything is complete and we r so HAPPY!!! I’ve heard stories w other companies but eagle ridge is the best in my opinion and always there to answer ur questions!!! Thanks so much u guys for a job well!!! Also the girls in b the show room smiles and very helpful just tell them what u want and they’ll b find u samples!!!!?♀️?

Ray and his team did a great job from beginning to end on my cabin floor. I wish i could of been around at the end just to thank them all personally. Thanks to Peyton in the office as well for the updates and schedules of installs . I will definitely contact them again for future services. Thanks again from my family to yours.
