During winter of 2024 I took my skidoo 800 in to have the top end rebuilt. Originally they priced me at $1,400 including labor. They called me about a week later saying they have to order aftermarket since skidoo no longer makes that year of engine and it'll be $2,400 now, including labor. When i went to pick up my machine, 6 weeks after I dropped it off, my bill was $3,400. Absolutely ridiculous. But I understand other things come up so I paid without a fuss. They sent me home with no instructions or information on how to properly break in a top end. So I spent a few hours on YouTube figuring out what to do before I took it out first. My first ride out I had less than 7 miles on it and the top end completely seized again. Less than an hour of riding and less than half throttle the entire time. D&P performance absolutely refused to warranty the engine. Before they ever fixed it, they told me the warranty is 45 days. I had it back in their shop within 6 days of them finishing it in the first place. Anyways, they absolutely refused to refund or warranty the engine and they tried to blame me for the problem. I worked with the credit card company to get my money back and they went into an investigation and luckily I was able to get every penny back, but it's ridiculous I had to go through the struggle in the first place. Pretty sad they tried to take advantage of a 23 year old college student. I'm just glad I got my money back. Stay away from these mechanics. They're young and dumb and clearly don't know what they're doing. Never seen so many unprofessional people inside such a nice business. Very sad.

These guys are great! We have had them fix broken atvs, service atvs/side by sides, add skid plates to side by sides, special order tires for us, and they have even delivered our atvs when we were unable to (for a reasonable fee) to Parowan. They are kind, helpful, and even remember your name! We will continue to visit them for our speciality needs!

Hands down, the best service I have ever had on any of the vehicles I've owned. Their entire staff is helpful, friendly, and their knowledge of the products they sell, surpasses any dealership I have done business with in the past. I am a customer for life.

You would think that after telling them you have everything ready to go with the bank and have the cashier check written out that they wouldn’t sell it from under you. I rented a trailer to fit 2 side by sides that I was going to buy. Spent 300 to rent a 26’ trailer.Listed as a private seller. Had told me to have the check made out to D & P Performance. Apparently I’m supposed to automatically assume it’s a dealership. I told him I needed someone to meet me at the bank so they can stamp the title with their lien. Said they couldn’t until today. Fine, today comes, I ask if we’re still on for today. They literally let someone put a deposit “late last night” but also said “this morning “. So now it’s “sold” but won’t even be paid for until next week? It’s really just a messed up situation seeing as I live 3 hours away. Thanks anyway…

Hands down the best place to do business with. The transaction with my x3 went super smooth and without any issues. D&P has continued to take care of me and the friends I’ve recommended D&P to. I will continue to send my friends to purchase from D&P and highly recommend them to anyone looking into purchasing a UTV, ATV, or snow machine. The staff at D&P run a top notch operation.

I contacted D & P and spoke with Jeremiah the service Manager... I was having a tire issue. Jeremiah sent Brad to pick up my UTV one hour away and take to D&P for tire service and a oil change service... and returned my UTV the same day.. Awesome job. Thank you.
