Superior Staff, room with worn out mattress and was told they are not replaced until the customer complains. I was not offered another room. For the price charged this has been the most disappointing Courtyard. And don't even get me started about the Air Conditioner being unable to keep the temperature very near the set range.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, and nice amenities! It was great being able to have a decent workout room and hot tub!

Nice, modern hotel. Rooms are comfortable, clean. Rooms are poorly insulated. Can hear people using the restroom through the walls. Other wall we can hear our neighbors conversations (double doors conjoined rooms). Hear people above us walking around. A/C units have a higher pitch sound to them.

The bed was pretty comfortable. The vent in the bathroom needs to be cleaned. Lots of outside road noise could be heard all night. Couldn't believe the lobby didn't have coffee and tea available free to the guests we had to buy Starbucks in the lobby. First time you couldn't get hot coffee or hot tea. We don't like those tiny machines that are in the room.

New, modern. I didn't know they have upgraded room but they do have a bigger king than what shows online. Even though they didn't address my platinum membership, the app gave me a free upgrade.

This was my first stay here. The room was small but adequate. Very quiet room and comfortable bed. Fitness center was very nice and well done equipped. Lobby is very nice and attractive.

Staff was great and rooms are clean but right next to I15 and traffic is loud in the room. Can easily hear noise from next room as well.

The hotel was great and very convenient. Had a laundry rooms and a hot tub outside which I used. The hot tub was amazing especially during the cold. The room was cozy and bed was comfy.

Hosted an event in the meeting space, and attended/participated at a number of events, including their weekend brunch. Always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. We definitely recommend this location and encourage friends and family and clients to stay.

The room condition was the best of my trip. Reception was very kind. Most important thing is inside pool provided warm water and hot tub at outside also great! 215.

Super nice place near Bryce and Zion National Parks. Jacuzzi spa outdoors, heated pool indoors. Conference center and small bar restaurant on site.
Nearby activities: Bryce and Zion National Parks One hour each way in different directions.

I booked this room on line but they never mentioned that the pool was closed. That was the main reason why we stayed here.
