Superior Staff, room with worn out mattress and was told they are not replaced until the customer complains. I was not offered another room. For the price charged this has been the most disappointing Courtyard. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, and nice amenities! It was great being able to have a decent workout room and hot tub!

New, modern. I didn't know they have upgraded room but they do have a bigger king than what shows online. Even though they didn't address my platinum membership, the app gave me a free upgrade.
